The project is looking really good. Congratulations. A couple of suggestions if I may. If you can incorporate Erowa zero point clamping in the rotary axis that would be really productive. To avoid excess height stack up. Also, adding vacuum through the center rotary for special work holding. I like your tool changer idea. However, if you can add 30+ tool stations. Maybe incorporating a kevlar belt. Cheap and strong.

Wish it kept the cast iron ( since the heavier would make it better at absorbing the vibration) or at least have some dedicated spots in/on the frame of the non moveing parts where the costume can add weight in what ever whem wanted if they want to ( i know i would with some epoxy granite or epoxy steel ) and instead of its only relying on the rotation of the moter/screw it also had some dro to compare agenst. And it could go from plus 20 degree to minus 180 ( so I can machine the part upside down which would help a lot with chip management. Just like the big boy grob cnc.s do )

Which quarter is the release planned?
    What flavor of G-code?
Will Mastercam and/or fusion posts be available, or will it all be programmed from your own software?
    Cost?

hola, ¿es una CNC solo para metal?, ¿qué area de trabajo util tiene?, ¿el cambio de herramienta es automatico?, ¿ tiene algun sistema para recojer la viruta?,¿ cuanto vale?

Got to start saving the pennies for this one. Looks like shipping via air freight might be out of the question.

Hi 5 axis machinist here, i´m working on a 33t beast with X,Y,Z 4000mm,1350mm,1650mm with iTNC530 control. 🙂 Watching this video, i have to compare this machine to the penta pocket nc of course. This here looks more mature in terms of a usable machine with tolerances that may allow even prototype building if the accuracy you offer is proper and no marketing show. Having a possibility for coolant and atc is really great. I´m curious what the price will be and my guess is somewhere in the 15k to 18k range without some features that my be optional available like atc or else... In generall it is a nice to have toy from my perspective, it may be a very nice toy but still a toy with very hard limitations in space, wheight of workpiece, materials and else. Pitty is that this machines are, even if capable of beeing that good like stated, they are still expensive. Too expensive for the hobby home user for his 15+ parts a year when most of the time 5 axis simultanious is not even needed either.
Don´t get me wrong, but seriously who are the clients for this product? A professional like me can do it in his shop on machines that are costing hundreds of thousands, the occasional model builder will find cheaper solutions like xometry or something else or calls a friend... The pruduct may be worth the money but unfortunately it is of little use in reality i guess. Anyway, don´t get me wrong, this looks very professional and well designed from my perspective but i fear that this is a toy for the rich. Like the pocket nc... They are showing milling a fan propeller that anybody can buy everywhere for a few bucks, of course because of the simultanious 5 axis movement to be shown... In reality you wont buy a machine like the penta for 10k for this job, it would be stupid on a yet not known level. I guess this is also the reason you do not hear much about the penta pocket nc around... It is just of little to no use - even if it was a very ambisious project!
I hope you do not get this comment wrong, you sure a building something extraordinary, no question about that and i wish you good luck with this product!

Hello friend, we really appreaciate your interest in our machine. It's parimarily designed with hobbyists, small shops, and educational institutions in mind. For hobbyists, it offers the ability to craft intricate parts and unleash creative designs. Small shops utilize it for crafting aluminum accessories and small parts. In education, where large CNC machines can be costly to procure, our machine offers a more budget-friendly option for training students in 5-axis CNC machining. As for the price, I'm certain it will pleasantly surprise you in due course! Join us in our community if you'd like to learn more details! facebook.com/groups/510178127720391
