Cool setup, I appreciate the great info.
I wish I could get bleach that cheap here in Texas. Cheapest I’ve found is $3.84 from the chemical plant for 12.5%

Hey Man, just put a piece of plywood in the inside of the trailer covering the whole gate(can even be a tarp or even another sign with out the gap for airflow.) that way it will block all the wind and your sign on the outside of the gate will never rip again.

    • @pressurewashingguides3178

See I was going to do that I just didn’t want to create a ton of resistance when towing the trailer and prob losing some gas mileage was my thought process.
I put some slits in the new banner and has solved all issues allowing air to pass through
With a board there do you think it changes gas mileage and or affects how it handles on highway when doing 70mph wind wise

I went through fin print.com. About $120 for top and bottom so not cheap and took 3 months to get so that sucked but now I got them I couldn’t be happier very well made

In order to make the hydrocele valves work for metering valve you will have to redesign the ball by putting a v-cut in the ball make sure that it Vinton seals a regular true ball valve is just a ball with a hole you'll have to rework the balls to make them metering and proportioning valves I made the same valve out of 1"hydroseal valves off of Amazon

Thank you for that info I have been playing around with it. If anything I could get away with just a metering on the soap and chlorine and leave the other one wide open water cheap ball valve no?

What do you use to make the v- shape in the ball, can you make a video with parts list for metering the valve

The gases venting out of your SH tank will rot that trailer out before the end of next year...you have to keep those gases contained and routed to the ground...leaving openings like with your drop sticks is gonna destroy that trailer especially once it gets warm out again next year...I see it rusting already so the process is underway unless you change it now...non venting lid..all drop tubes plumbed with bulkheads eliminating the gaps and sealing them...a fill port with ball valve and banjo fitting so you just connect to it, fill it and never have to open the lid....I use a Milwaukee transfer pump to send it from my storage tank to my SH tank on my truck using water hose and the male banjo that connects to the female banjo/ball valve installed on the tank...then at last install a ball valve and hose to vent it through the trailer routed as close as possible to the ground so the gases can escape and move away from your equipment and trailer..the ball valve on the vent allows you to only open it when you are using it and drawing from the tank and allow it to vent, and then close the valve when no longer drawing from it or else it will vent out all the time and kill anything around where you park your trailer..ask me how I know lol...SH gases are 10X more corrosive than the liquid form and once its above 85 degrees outside that SH begins to gas off...just trying to help a fellow washer...there are plenty of videos on here showing the proper way to plumb and vent SH tanks so I would tell ya to check some out and make some changes before you destroy that nice rig you got..Doug Rucker has a few on his channel along with many more..good luck and wash on

Man thanks for saving me on that one. I didn’t think it was that much of a big deal but I will def install the things you said next week to protect my trailer. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain all of that I greatly appreciate the feedback and help.

Ya I agree going to a distributor if possible is the best route I use one by my house that’s $1.49. Up north they got some crazy prices from what I hear
