Same. I live and breath this game. KotOR II was superior in quality but it felt too dark. This game mixed light and dark in a way that felt truer to Star Wars.
@@FerreusDeus the second game ain't too dark (at least for me) but i feel like both games need an extension or something so we can play them longer instead of creating a new character over and over again (this is coming from someone who makes countless characters in the game just to relive the moments and try different playstyles so i get to say it)

While I greatly enjoy that feeling and believe it absolutely belongs in Star Wars... and even believe that you can indeed tell a story about just that aspect... a Star Wars story of the scale presented in the game were discussing, in my opinion, should have some environments that contrast the darkness.

I have a vivid memory of playing this game as a kid on multiple occasions, and the first time I got on manaan, I didn’t know what to do exactly because I was so little so I just walked around staring at the ocean and observing everyone and their schedules while listening to the music and it was all very peaceful. This was my favorite planet to explore and be on. Second favorite was taris, even though I spent most of my time on there because I didn’t know how to continue the story. When I got to my third favorite planet, dantoine, I was so excited because I could finally become a jedi after being very jealous of bastila for so long and I enjoyed the environment and music.
Just wanted to thank all of *you* , yes YOU. I’ve lived in possibly the best time to be alive, none the less such fantasy and wonder we are afforded, then on top of all that; Star Wars 😊 We have possibly witnessed the best of it in its prime, and it was beautiful as this classic theme from manaan. Even if things are different now, remember the amazing times we had and the magic of passing on the love for this to the younglings. We are truly blessed, and *you* were a part of it! We made that happen, and never forget that sense of adventure and childlike wonder, it’s what life’s all about! Force be with you, always ❤

Honestly, I think this is the best track in terms of hub areas in Kotor. It is just so soothing and fits so well with the environment. God I wish they would port the original versions to modern consoles while we wait for the remake.
