    still yummy and craving for it ! i'm putting my boyfriend in action to make it while I go to work :)
    my dad is always putting half milk, half water, to make the crepes lighter to eat more ! ^_^ because it's so yummy !

      Absolutely! You can do cornstarch! They are both gluten free. Hope this helps!

    Can I use almond milk or it has to be oat

    Mine Stick to the Pan horribly :( any idea what could have went wrong?

      oh no that's so frustrating when that happens I'm sorry to hear that! It could be the type of pan you're using. Make sure it's non-stick and not a cast iron pan. Buttering the pan quite well should help and I find the pan needs to be quite hot. If it's not hot enough the crepe won't cook quickly enough and can stick. If the pan wasn't hot enough or too much batter was poured you may need to be quite patient and wait for the underside to fully cook and start pulling away from the pan before you try and flip it. BUT try increasing the heat so the pan is hotter than you think it should be, butter it well, and make sure it's non-stick. I hope this helps for next time 🤞
