I would like to request a room design on the 2nd floor with a bathroom consisting of a shower, and bathtube, then the door of the room directly to the balcon which faces towards the back to relax and yoga.

I watched a video and the lower floor design is very similar to the one i saw but that one is a bungalow type while this one has a roof balcony.its a good design but the balcony upstairs is no rain proof.those furnitures will be wet and the door is not waterproof so chances of rainwater going in is a possibility..but good design though..

Wow super nice... pwedi po kayo gumawa ng 2 storey 90sqm floor area 2 bedrooms sa baba and 2 beds din sa taas with gate na po and same style xia dagdagan lang ng room sa taas super nice po kasi nya lalo na un loob super ganda nag pagkakagawa tapos ung roof top nya din super ganda nya pag nakagawa kayo. Un ung ipapagawa ko sa bahay ko.
