perhaps the most beautiful ballad I've ever heard it is mellow and mesmerizing haunting vocals and it's sad sounding guitar the sound draws you in what a great track
That's my cousin Greg Nancarrow who wrote and sang the song. My uncle and his family lived in suburban Chicago during this period. I don't know why the label is from Milwaukee but those are the facts. The family originally is from the Detroit area. Good memories.
M O U S I K O you say Wisconsin 1966. I believe that There are comments that they were from Detroit. Can you please reaffirm Thanks for posting it was a marvelous discovery
No, this is not the same band as the one in Winnipeg with Burton Cummings. Confusing but true. How do two obscure bands during the same time period end up naming their bands the same? Is their something significant about the name Deveron?
i hear the sound of san martin. can i poison with our love to be free? 'cause i won't my old cheese. i can walk down my street unnoticed. unnoticed. since i walk, people talk about things i do. why can't he be like me or like you? if you'd see either the light then he might think it outright. and i noticed, i noticed. i'm despised by the wise, self- appointed. for no reason but my treason to their ruins. from the palm and the blue. they all lack and won't leave me alone. but unnoticed. unnoticed.

Tasty Tremolo Tinged bridge!
Chris Isaak who came along some 20 years later sounds like the vocals of The Deverons
