Hi Greg There is so much opportunity to grow your business right now. I personally started making dentures when we first started our business. If I had the time I would definitely get into digital dentures. I'm just always really busy with ortho otherwise I would dominate this field. The material is getting better and better. The 3D printing is getting even better. Not to mention the software is amazing for an affordable price. Take advantage of the opportunities now. Be a Pioneer not a Follower.
I use the same printer in my lab! Can I ask what tool you are using to separate the models from the build plate? It looks like they pop away so nicely! Thanks!
I'm using a window scraper blade. The key is to not have the first layer so stuck to the buildplate. Check the initial burn in time with etec. They will pop off so much easier with less chances of cracking model
My gf and i are watching non stop your videos! Btw, i know that envision site says ortho models, but does it work for doing direct or indirect procedures as waxups, indirect composite etc?
Hi mate, i am on the fence on switching over to 3d models with the ability to accept scans.(i work on stone exclusively) Is this printer a good option for a small dental lab mostly doing orthodontic plates and fixed appliances. Do you prefer the workflow of 3d models over stone? Thanks, good video.
Absolutely, Digital is the way to go. It is so much cleaner and professional compared to stone models. Once you convert you will never go back. You will need a good 3D printer like mine.
Hi, please make video 3d prinnter denture full case , (with scanner, bite scan, model design, print, teeth seting , curing , tweth link with base , deliverd , dr and pt happy ) Please do asps
Steve, you never cease to amaze me. Peace my friend. I want to go digital with dentures. Should I? I value your opinion. Peace my friend.
