I am not able to export all the assets individually, some are exporting some are not, some icons are not exporting...

I want to export my app to a PDF, but I want all (or at least multiple) screen to be shown side by side on one big page in the PDF. Unfortunately I haven't figured out yet how, and exporting to PDF created a separate page for each app screen.
Does anyone have any idea how I could approach this on a Windows computer?

is it possible to export a complete dummy with the connections and prototyping, so other people (without XD) are able to "use" it?
Hey there. You can share prototypes online, although if the screens aren't linked together it's not possible to navigate around the app, to my knowledge anyway. Hopefully Adobe will expand the 'viewing' options by the official release of XD. Something similar to InVision would be great ;)

Hey man, so I have created a group and wanted to export all elements individually inside that group (say i have created hello world text with that bounding box in your video as a group and wanted to export hello, world and box seperately). Is there a way to do this without ungrouping it? Also I see there is no option to export symbols too. Any thoughts? Like this would be an use case where you have developed the design completely with groups and wanted to do a final export of all individual items even inside groups (recursively).
Would it be that difficult to implement interoperability with Android Studio for example? I think this would be a killer feature if people could get a working prototype in their native format. Now you need to redo all of the stuff, your text is exported as png. ... that doesn't seam like such a big improvement. I'm guessing (and I'm not an developer) that a lot of people would prefer to prototype in Android Studio / Swift. It looks like a solution for people with zero coding/developement skills, that could create a simple prototype on their own.

Thank you for brilliant work. We are now in september 2018. I have to export files from Adobe XD to Photoshop which I expected would be easy because they are both Adobe programs. But it turns out that many other designs before me still are having the same problem.
It is important that I end up with a single psd file containing all layer. -Not a lot of individual psd files. (I do know how to do that)
Do you have a new and good offer on how to export from XD to PSD? and how do you do?
I also contacted Adobe for help, and they have asked for more time, to come back with a solution.

+Kris S It's called Screenflick, and got it on the Mac App Store. The only app I could find that allowed me to record on my external 4k monitor at a smooth 60 fps :)
Hi Dansky, thank you very much for your tutorials. How can I export to PSD? I've got a developer who insists on having PSD files! It feels a little dump struggling on converting Xd files to PDS by exporting PDFs and then exporting them on Illustrator to PDS... Even by doing so I still get very messy PDS. What would you recommend?
Hey Andrés! Developers ultimately need all of the assets that make up your design, so typically I would export all assets (icons, images etc.) from all artboards, package these up and send over to the developer - along with Design Specs exported from XD too. There isn't currently a way to export from XD to psd file, as it's quite an unusual thing to want to do, seeing as XD can export everything you would need to build the final product. If your developer insists on having a master file, you could always suggest that he download Adobe XD and send him your file, XD is free now after all 😊
I have already exported and sent all assets, but in this particular case, they are insisting on PSD files... I know, it's crazy. I didn't know that Xd is free now though, so I will try to convince them on downloading it and hopefully it will make things easier since it is a headache getting those PDS out from Xd! Thank for your help! Really appreciate it.

Ah not as yet I don't think. You can copy paste from Photoshop into XD if this is any helps.
i tried that, its doesnt seem to work proiperly. I hope Adobe addresses this issue so it works in cross link with Photoshop. Thanks for the reply mate :)

XD is not a prototype tool. It's a static mock-up editor with no interactive features except linking. To imitate dynamic user interactions use Axure.

How to change assets names on export so they have more meaningful names?
Hey Adam. If you double-click to name layers' folders in XD, when you export the assets they will be named accordingly :)

Ah ok thanks Adam. Just wondering if you've updated to the latest version of XD for Windows? I know they're focused on aligning the Windows/Mac versions of Adobe XD at the moment, and layers may have been added in an update for Windows? :)

Hey Ricardo, not directly. If you export all artboards as JPEG, then select and drag multiple JPEG files into Adobe Acrobat, it will ask you if you'd like to create a single PDF file from all of your artboards. Hope this helps :)

Really like your channel - however, this drag-over-assets does not work. You will export the artboards in itself instead of each object.
Please show me another way to do this, rather than picking every single object in the layer panel.

Aha yes don't do that it'll take forever! I'm just trying to ask questions to figure out whats working and what's not ;) If you open the layers panel (bottom left) and hold Shift to select all layers within an artboard (without actually selecting the artboard itself) and then try selecting export, does this work?
