Body control. Balance. Stability/mobility, manuverability & rom play huge factors in the proprioceptive & vestibular systems 👍

Anybody that's been to these clinics give me advice is it worth the cost I'm thinking about doing the one next year at arcola mx I've done them for bmx racing before and always loved it they were expensive to but I learned alot I want to further my skills in motocross I think I'm ok for just being at a track 4 times now I've cleared some doubles and always work on cornering when I'm there with the tips of various channels especially this one

I went to the one they did at Wildwood. I wasn't impressed, the coach paid more attention to the faster guys. The videos are good and very helpful, but I wouldn't go again. Maybe if it was a different coach, I would consider it. I know I'm going to get hate for it, but this is my opinion.

@@MrJudoheadwho was your coach if you don’t mind me asking? I would assume if you had that type of experience maybe you could have asked more questions to gain more value? Just playing devils advocate not saying you’re a bad student.

@trimcrew it was Mitchell. He would tell everyone to slow down, and focus on doing things right. Then the fast guys would go through, the fast guys would go through full speed, and all he talked about was how fast they were. We worked on jumping. He said he wanted wheels on the ground, and slow down. He was immediately excited when they would double, or triple into rollers. He would answer questions if you asked, but showed no interest in watching or helping anyone but an A rider.

@@MrJudohead well that’s no good. I already planned on only going to the classes if AJ is going to be coaching. So maybe I will stick by that lol
