WATCH | The George building collapse death toll has risen to 21

Gerhard Otto, the disaster manager for the Garden Route District Municipality, said one more body was discovered at the site early on Monday morning.Otto said that the death toll was 21, adding that 31 people remained unaccounted for.

In order for the blame to be put on the PA.. Find the contractors and subcontractors how many workers were housed there while the construction was underway.
