Perfect video, easy to follow for someone who is green like me. When I heard something snap, and my window slowly sink, so did my heart. But a quick search brought up your video and I was able to easily disassemble and pull out the broken part. A quick two day delivery from Amazon and my window is back in action! 50 bucks, a couple hours, and a lot of sweat in the Georgia sun and we are as good as new… Well, as new as a 2008 Honda pilot with 255,000 miles can be.
Thanks again!!!
excellent how-to vid! No fluff, no skipped steps!
Wow great, what a clear demonstration and what a simple explanation, thank you very much.
I just replaced the rear window motor using your video. It was spot on thanks!
Clear, easy to follow instructions. Thank you!
Thank you, just did mine watching this video, helped a million! ❤
Note: If you can't pull up your window to remove the bolts because it gets stuck, try cutting the steel wires coming out of the motor, it should move freely after that.
That's what happened to me.
Fantastic video, helped me so much, and saved me a lot of money, thank you!

Just changed my rear right window on a Honda Pilot 2006
This was so helpful and easy to follow. Thank you!
Thanks for the video buddy it helped a bunch!
Okay, so apparently, these windows don't have a track system. Good to know, but still can't explain why the window won't go up even though everything says it's a track problem. Reg is fine, but still, no track. I can't even tell what the window is connected to!
Did you figure it out??
Thank you for the wonderful sharing!
Glad this info was helpful!
Very helpful....thanks 👍
Once the new part is in and you connected it, you raised up a plate inside the door and slid the window down then aligned some holes and put some bolts in.... Where did those bolts come from? You didn't remove them when taking the old part out
Window won’t roll up so how do you get it to half way? Tried pulling it up it goes like two inches up then stops
Thanks bro!!!!
This is very helpful, thanks. Did you use a Dorman 748-130?
How do you get the window up if its all the way down
You should be able to get your hand in there and lift it up by hand.
Did you ever get it? I tried lifting it up and it goes up like two inches then stops
I did eventually get it. As memory serves, I kept using the power button up and down until I got a bit to grab. It went pretty much according to the video from that point. It is still working so my Pilot is back to being a good vehicle.
To remove the window just pull upward?😊
Oops - I see you listed the parts. Thanks.
