Gina, you can absolutely be authentic while also working on yourself- becoming more confident, resilient, and constantly growing. When you focus on self-growth and maintain your boundaries, you not only attract the right people, but you also become even more attractive and empowered in the process.

@@SaveTheMessenger I do agree with that. Since I've entered the dating scene, though, despite my goal to not play games what happens is that I get played. You have to be vulnerable to be authentic but unfortunately it means a lot of heartache. I think it's a hard balance to navigate, being authentic and vulnerable while also being smart, strong and resilient as you said. And keeping your dignity. Ha.

I love when men try to step in and help. I was at the grocery store getting something heavy off a high shelf. My mom was at a distance watching me and told me afterwards that all the men there were watching and getting closer to step in if I needed help. One guy got beside me and had his arm out just in case. I had no idea, but it was so sweet knowing they were all watching and waiting to help 😂

Amazing video A month ago, my partnership of five years came to an end. The choice to break up with the person I love is something that really gets to me. Even though it's all for nothing, I've done everything I can to get him back, and I couldn't imagine my existence without him. I've tried everything to stop thinking about him, but I still can't help but miss him and think about him often. I don't know why I am saying this here.

Saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult; I know this from my 12-year relationship ending. But I was unable to simply let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counselor, who was able to help me regain his affection.

Hey! So I've been confused and a bit on the brink of madness, lol. You see I like this guy and we attend the same extra coaching. I'm usually introverted around the male gender, provided I've grown up around woman with a sister and an all girls school. Men somewhat scare me and I find it annoying that how I just shut up or unwillingly fumble when a boy initiates a conversation with me.
I could be being delusional because of how much I like him but I find his demeanour strangely different with me. I mean, we have other girls there too and he does talk to them freely, laughs or even crack jokes in the class to make us laugh but when it comes to me, he cannot even bat me in the eye let alone talk to me without a stutter or a visible gulp. We do talk but that' close to nil.
If you do find this comment, kindly help me. I'll elucidate further once you reply to me. Thanks!
