I want to know which is better for a CNC transmission system: SBR16UU or HGH20CA?

which is better, having the transmission system on both sides or just in the middle of the chassis like the CNC 6040?

A single axis is much easier to setup than a slave dual rail configuration. HiWin is excellent quality, and made in Taiwan if their genuine linear guides. Thank you,
