I am an average Vac medic player in tf2 and i 100% agree with you, Even though i dont have the crossbow so i rely on the mediguns, the Vaccinator is the best counter for a good sniper main after a good spy main 100% crit reduction and 75% resistance per uber And 10% passive resistance makes most quickscope shots survivable

I'm actually hoping what there on Sin's channel will be a video about Sniper with Hitmans Heatmaker, very underrated weapon in my opinion, rewarding for headshots but punishing for bodyshots, plus it's ability what ppl using only in MvM... Hope there's at least one Sniper Main using it in general

Apesar de ter falo que o time vermelho estava cheio de noobs, o "smd." foi muito competente, não errou os fáceis e acertou muitos tiros difíceis.

Well, I agree with the comments what it's just a straight upgrade to the stock rifle. To make it more "balanced" at this point, we should add one more downside - every 2 clean missed shots(like fully missed, bodyshot doesn't count as a miss) means you lose one head. But still, I'm not finding Bazaar Bargain more popular than stock, plus it's already has a downgrade, if enemy with head counting weapon(Air Strike, Eyelander) will kill you, while you have 10 or more heads, then your heads will be his and that would make a problem for your team. So it's not only clicking heads you see in sight, it's about positioning and reaction as well
bargin is pretty balanced imo the normal sniper can ramp up pretty fast to and with the machina and normal sniper being insane i dont feel like it needs a nerf or smthing
I was thinking a 20% bodyshot penalty obviously there will be spots you can't see someone head and forced to shoot there body. But the fast charge time despite needing headshots to activate can enable some bodyshot bandits if they get heads from easy to hit targets, put your money where your mouth is direct upgrade if your built different.
Also the head thing is hit or miss can be direct upgrade killstreak weapons are usually never used upon spawning near the end of game but there happens to be another player with a high heads you could specifically hunt them down to snowball. Very rare occurrence and impractical but still an option, if your worried about heads being stolen or Übersaw hits press kill bind.
Razorbacks block any backstab, they do not block any “butter knife” stabs. But If you turn around and force the butter knife to become a backstab, you can block what would’ve been a 40dmg hit and turn it into 0 damage and spy can’t attack for the next couple seconds
There are tons of options Alpine Swashbucked Sunriser Plaid potshotter (with a good seed) Or if you vant something colorful Spectrum splattered Neonween Raving dead (not every seed)

hey im a year late but sniper's crosshair twitches upwards when getting damaged with stuff like fire and bullets, which you can see when he unscopes he was shot.
5:17 is damage twitch, 5:46 the shot has blood particle which shows that it wasnt backtrack, if there was no particle then its backtrack usually (iirc)
my friend proposed a nerf for sniper and after watching this it makes sense, but there should be a damage fall off at range. this would make it so you cant pop off from such a large distance with him without charging up, giving the enemies time in between shots that are always spammed and increasing his vulnerabilities during that.
i think the best way to rework sniper would be to make him into a midrange fighter that has to use his team as a meatshield or he's kinda screwed in a teamfight. The best way to do this in my head would be to rework every single rifle into being variations of the hunting rifle from Team Fortress 2 Classic
on 3:22 u can clearly see the scout moving in the direction where he placed his crosshair. If he was actually a cheater he would be smart enough to not send his own gameplay with cheats

The shahanshah is a very reliable get-away-from-me button when you're at low health and there's a spy in your face.

More like cutting his headshot damage allowing a maximum damage of 150, but you have to fully "charge it" to deal 150.

Falloff isn't the right way to nerf sniper. Sniper's damage being consistent across any range is actually one of the good design choices of the class.

At 3.20 you can see him fully expecting that scout for no reason at all. So , good aim or not , he's probably seeing through walls.

You can see that scout a couple seconds earlier as he crosses behind the rock that gets preaimed as you mention. Just good awareness and aim.
