1st I don't have to prove a thing to anyone. 2nd, I never needed to make trumped charges to arrest anyone and never had a case thrown out or been embarrassed in court because I didn't know Constitution, State and local laws. If I didn't have enough to charge, I didn't make it up...like many of you, whom apparently do and support those that do, then cry when you get caught. Plus, I didn't need cameras to babysit me, to insure I did the right thing. AND.. You would only wish you had the knowledge and experience I possess.

The really nefarious part is once they have your ID they can write their little reports however they see fit and attach it to your ID forever. And if they really to get petty they can write up a trespass notice for the public area and force you to spend time and money to dismiss it. After putting it in your hands of you don’t leave they will arrest you because you’ve been trespassed and they have a document to prove it. They basically create a warrant out of thin air.

Because this is how they treat practically everyone (except those who seem rich or white) I brought a dude back to life with narcan... and the second he was conscious they tried to get him to nod or say yes while they berated gin with like 20 questions... all of which would have gotten me or him arrested if he accidentally nodded or said anything at all.
I had never met him before thatnight But because I saved his life they thought I was his dealer. And he had been dead for about 3 minutes before my CPR took effect... so he was nearly brain dead and I stead of trying to help him (emts were present by the time I got him alive and they took over)

I love how in 75% of these videos, the supervisor shows up and says "quit harassing the auditor you moron. If you ignore them they go away on their own." Turns out when police do the bare minimum by respecting someone exercising their rights, everyone's day goes a little smoother.

Technically (legally), Sean DOES have a purpose **AT** their building. Inside or outside, "recording my surroundings to post online" IS a "purpose".
Cops always want to narrow what "purposes" are allowed on public property - they want to be able to TELL someone what (lawful) purposes are "legitimate". But if it's not proscribed **in the law** (and sometimes even if it is - like when cities pass ordinances against "panhandling", a type of speech), then it's allowed by law.
