Great vlog, love that cushion too. It's amazing how it all adds up when you get to the til isn't it! Are the ghost pjs a nice soft material ? I might need to take a trip to matalan 😂xx
We are in a new build in Flitwick, we've been here 6 years. They are perfect for just moving straight in and not having loads of renovations to make. They have a 2 years customer service warranty so definitely recommend getting them out for any issues you have. Good luck with the search!
We love our new build! It's great because any snags the builders come round and sort out! Older properties you have to do it all yourself. With a toddler too I was not keen on having potential snags I'd have to fix myself ❤🏡
Thanks lovely!! My mum bought a new build and has sooo many snags they wouldn’t sort out though and had to pay for loads herself so I am aware there are bad sides to new builds. However, saying that I really like them. I was looking yesterday as houses that are new ish but a couple of years old and oh wow still nice kitchen and interiors but get so much more for your money so maybe I’m thinking that’s the best way to go. Meet in the middle xx
I’m in a new build (moved in in April) in Huntingdonshire. The good thing about it is the house will be under a warranty for a year so any defects that emerge in that first year will be covered and attended to under the warranty- it is quite common to find a few snags in a new build while things settle down and you go through all the season - for example a few on my estate have leaking windows when it rains etc, it’s good to know it can all be rectified by the contractor under the insurance. It’s also great that ours came with carpets and all the little modern touches like USB plugs and built in wifi, smart meters etc - and even things like outdoor tap, plugs and bathroom mirrors and all sorts. It was literally like you say the perfect blank canvas knowing everything is new and clean and perfect and now it’s full of our personality and starting to make memories in our beautiful first home ❤ enjoy the process. it’s not without stress but the rewards are bountiful❤
Hey lovely!! Yes that is very true. Last few days I was looking and if we was to get a house maybe 2-5 years old so still newish but not brand new then we may be able to get an extra bedroom and bigger house so deffo all things to consider! I feel like I’m too young to be making these life decisions 😂😂 no clue what I’m doing xx
Omg! I felt the same way while you felt comfortable to talk to camera / a friend. ❤ Oh and probably someone will point out something about Arlo car seat. I'm bit OCD with my boy Car seat so just please double check if it's adjusted to his hight and all. Looks in my option that head support should go up and straps. I could be wrong but just best to check ❤
Thanks lovely, no I appreciate you mentioning, sometimes we don’t realise these things as mums. I will look into this and see if I can adjust it 💓 Just wanted to mention as I’m sure people will think this aswell just wanted to mention in regards to rear facing and front facing debate. I am a huge rear facing advocate but recently we have found it impossible, he will scream the whole time until he’s turned around and then undo his seatbelt so it’s safer really for him just to be turned to us. Although I am not happy about it xx
@@athomewithliv same here with Rear Facing and I'm battling with whole family about it but whatever works for you Hun X I'm super stressed about my babies safety, not sure why 😬 I wish I could be chill mum but I'm not. My partner wants my 3year old to be in FF car seat already but I managing to say no each time X I'm so happy that I found your channel and you as a person as it helps me a lot to understand myself and seeing you with your family gives me so much power ❤️
@natalial27 I think it’s good you’re stressed about babies safety, it’s very important 💓💓 just shows you care! Lots of love hope your week goes well xx
Don’t tempt me I’m meant to be saving for a house hehehee 😂😭 also just seen Asda George new Stacey Solomon stuff taking every bit of strength not to go and buy it all
@@athomewithliv H&M always seem to have a % off, super reasonable then. Also if you get a onesie/pj type of costume it can be worn for pjs after so they get more wear x
Love your vlogs! Arlo is such a cutie. My little boy has just started reception. I still have Mondays of work, so I plan to also declutter the house before Christmas xx
So glad you do thank you! Bless him, how’s he getting on? Sounds like a good plan, will be such a nice feeling at Christmas knowing everything clutter free xx
Great vlog 😊 Oh I'm right there with you with the September germs, or freshers flu as we're calling it! My 3 year old started school nussery on the 5th of September, we are already on our 2nd cold, the first one knocked us all for 6, and my 9 month old caught a virus during this time as well, the whole high temp breaking with a viral rash. Just need a break now, but we are just started the 2nd cold, so I guess not 😬🫡 xx
It’s crazy I was thinking Arlo’s never not been at nursery as he goes out of school time to with his, so I was thinking why are they all getting ill. But I guess it’s because a lot of them have older siblings that have just gone back to school and are all passing it around then it’s spreading in the nurseries. Oh bless you that sounds awful!! 😢 it’s never ending isn’t it. I’ve felt better this weekend, but just waiting for the next one now 😭
Decluttering is on my agenda too! I also co-sleep with my 3yo. I start in my own bed then end up in his double floor bed 😅 hello fresh dont deliver to my area of scotland 🤦♀️ desperately need something though! Juggling work with mum life is no joke 🫠🙈 xxx

I love a declutter, I’m an even bigger fan off watching them😊 my grandson is 7 & still sleeps with my daughter! Her hubby sleeps on the settee. Xx

@hamster100 hahaha it really hit me the other week when I found myself getting really excited about buying a new frying pan 😂 what has my life come to

Love the cushion.
It’s so cute!!! I need to get the other decs out the loft, I just want the living room finished first before I properly get it all down 🍂
