So I have a question. Would displacement be a good substitute for caltrops? I don't really know how effective it would be to use displacement runes with the dark convergence for getting enemies pulled in quick succession. I was recently thinking about this combo. If it works how I'm thinking, it'd proc DC then pull more in 2 seconds and you'll have them even tighter grouped than with just DC.
Is there any benefit to using rune of displacement as another pull? Or is that overkill and unneeded with DC? Fulminating rune might be better for the extra Magic damage.. What are your thoughts?
@@Sekaar this is just my conspiracy but i think that is part of the reason why they are changing the tri focus lighting staff passive so this wont work next patch. You could probably make a cool video about this before next patch hits. Its pretty silly because unless you know it, you wont know you are going against it.
@@robertrjackson yeah i caught on to it early and made a build for mym and had tons of fun and since its a new class it felt pretty refreshing with performance being better and all. But basically you can do whatever sets you want the concept stays the same. I did balorgh 1 piece, seargent mail, vd and oakensoul since empower works in cyro against the glyph. 2 piece balrogh isn’t really a big deal because if im not mistaken the most a pve monster(arcanist glyph) have for resistance is 18.5k which isn’t hard to reach. Which is why this bomb build is so fun 😈
Imperial might not the best choice, cuz you're true bomber. Def not brawling. The best choice will be khajiit if you do crits or options like orc for stam, altmer for mag or dark elf for both. Unless, you want to play aoe brawler or aoe ball grouper. So, it's not bomber build, it's more like brawler with good aoe burst.
I made an arcanist got him fighters guild, vampire, some good sets and when i went to pvp it felt so clunky, i then race changed my sorcerer to imperial and working on him to be stamsorc now
@@Sekaar yeah arcanist is tanky but no burst unless you are bombing. Theres no class burst, dk has deep breath and flames that you can stack hit, sorc has crystal weapon, warden has beetles, nightblade has spectral bow, necro has blastbones. For 1vx theres just better things to play
Oh I 100% agree, it definitely feels like a support class with the dps skills being an afterthought. I wish there was more but I’m doing the best with what I’ve got lol

Was thinking about the same, since the rune has already the dark convergenze effect u could also use nightmare and plaquebreak or am I wrong?

So far ive been bombing with resonating glyphic its pretty fun the damage that you do ignores battle spirit since the glyph counts as an npc.
I've seen that. Heavy attacking? I have of couple DOT skills I'd like to try with that strategy.

Arcanist definitely feels the weirdest out of all the PvP classes rn. It takes a lot to get used to. Stamsorc is crazy fun though, enjoy!
