@user-be3oz3tk5r - yes sir you can, shouldn’t be a problem for a competent hat guy. It’s possible you’ll still see some of the previous creases depending on the hat and how long it’s had the CHL crown, but yes you should be able to reshape it to a cattleman no problem

Hey man not judging or in any way am i a hat shaper but I am genuinely curious on why you shape the brim first and then the crown. From what I know, its usually the crown first and then the brim. Is there a certain reason behind why you do it that way? Again, im not judging its a sincere question. Ive been really enjoying your channel btw 🔥 🤙🏼

Rosa Lopez i know everyone has a different way, which is why i wanted to hear an answer from him on why he does it like that. I clearly asked him his reasoning on why he did it that way, not that he was doing anything wrong
Hey friend, it’s just the way I’ve been doing it for a long time now, I find it easier to center the hat to ones face, shaping the brim first. Then, centering the crown to the already shaped brim is also a bit easier. I appreciate the support! Questions always welcomed!🙌🏽
