Mike, great video....i have been using Showxpress and my Quad 5's as transmitter/receivers for my moving heads and other DMX fixtures for almost a year and it is now great to have the FlareCon range and app to add even more versatility....thanks for the inspiration!
Hey Mike, Another GREAT video!! Been looking for something like this for some time. My setup at the moment uses ADJ myDMX 2.0 with one WiFlex Transmitter and several WiFlex receivers. My thought here is to run the ADJ controller to the FlairCon set to di-FI and then to the WiFlex transmitter to create a fluid show with myDMX. Will the two transmitters work together or will there be some sort of interference?
I had no idea the FlareCON outputted DMX. Now I can daisy chain a much cheaper SlimPAR Hex 6 from a Freedom Par Hex 4. I'll probably give the client the option to download the FlareCON App and control the lighting for Dinner Music. Will I have to go to every single Freedom Par and switch them from FlareCON to D-Fi or can that be done with just the FlareCON Air? Does the Freedom Par charge the battery by just plugging them in, or do you also have to use the menu to put it into charge mode? Thanks for your great work.
in this setup, would pars that are chained off of the freedom par all have to be the same channel or would, for example, the ch1 pars do the one color and the ch17 do whatever other color was chosen? it would seem to me that it would pass on the info for the whole universe, but i figured i would double check. either way, thanks for the ideas!
Hello I am interested in purchasing freedom par tri 6 uplights from chauvet but I have a question regarding the DFI technology. Would I be able to use myDMX go or mega disco light to output to a master tri 6 par light and utilize that master as a transmitter to wireless connect my other par tri 6. after that, I am planning on outputing a dmx cable from the same master to my chauvet spot 360 moving heads.
I currenlty have a regularly wired dmx setup with a cheap 'hard' console, 5 chauvet dimmer packs, ~20 convetional fixtures, and 4 LED RGB pars. I want to switch over to running the system with the FlareCON App instead of our old console. Could the FlareCON App/hardware handle all of this? If so, what do I need (hardware wise) to make the switch? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

Can I run 2 D-Fi hubs and also get connection between the pars? 1 D-Fi to transmit signal from my laptop and the other D-Fi to connect to my stage lighting. Will the Freedom pars still receive signal or are the D-Fi fixtures bonded on a closed connection?
hey, I'm looking into some form of control for my DMX lights. I am hoping you can help me decide if the FlareCON will work for me. I'd like to add some Freedom light to my setup eventually, as well as some other stuff. For now I will be using cabled DMX fixtures like Slimpar56, Mini Kinta, 4Play CL, etc. I may use cables or get transceivers, or both. My main question is if I can make "shows" and "scenes" for these kind of lights, or if this product is mainly for uplighting. Any help would be appreciated.

I bought the FlareCON air and 2 freedom par tri-6 but I got a smoking deal I couldn’t pass I got 8 of the slim par t6 for $400 and I want to buy some d-fi usb receivers. With that work with FlareCON and the app?

only bad about flare con is that when you use your phone as a hot spot, you cant use the flare con ap

I use my freedom hex to transmit. I run a dmx than it sends . can i use the app on my freedom? Or do i have to buy the flare con air?
HOw do i make dance scenes? so the lights run on auto or sync etc? thanks
