    Was the starting of the video in real time?? It was sooo quick!! Waao this opens me to a new perspective, i would definitely start selecting the same things to be colored together and then bucket tool it. I used to color completing a single panel at each time. Your method definitely is faster.
    Thank you for sharing this tip 😍😍💖💖

      It was actually even slower than real time XD at the beginning it may be a bit hard to remember all the instructions but as you get used to it it’s so much faster ^0^ I’m so glad it was useful to you!! ❤️

    I've seen many videos on how to do flats. Obviously everyone has a different style that works for them, but yours is similar to mine.

    I can’t use the lasso tool to select only the salmon colors…at this rate, I’m going to spend hours to a day on a design because I can’t find an efficient way to color…

    I still don't know what I am doing wrong. I matched your settings even lowering my tolerance but when I purposely used the lasso tool around the parts the wand tool missed, not trying to be super precise. It just followed the lines when I used the bucket tool. I really wanted to find a less stressful means to color different parts, but ...? idk

    Great video! Thank you for the upload. I am curious what is your preferred DPI (PPI) with the canvas?

      @@MGComics No problem, it's just that OD was really popular in Deviantart in the past, and some people got inspired by his 2010-2012 style. Now his style changed a lot. But back in 2010 his eyes drawing was very similar to yours.^^

      @@neddyf00 Oh DA! Oh ok, I guess it's so human to always find similarities in what we already know

    That is a cool method. Is Adobe Photoshop very similar to clip studio paint? And Which do you think is better for comics?

    • @MGComics
      @MGComics  4 роки тому +2

      I honestly tried Clip Studio until very very recently. I think I love both, CSP for line-art, and Photoshop for everything else for now.
      I know many shortcuts and things many people also don't know on Photoshop, so I know too much of one tool and too little of the other one. I will say though, I have bad eyesight and selection tools trouble me on CSP so much. I can't see them clearly ;-;

      @@MGComics My eyes are getting bad. I have to use reading glasses to draw and work on CSP. It sucks. Need to go to eye doctor.

      @@Monoko2761 Me too, I think CSP isn't too friendly in that sense. Maybe there's a way to customize it but :s
