The music promo videos have been removed. The interview itself is intact, and I guess that's the most interesting part to a fan :)
Lemmy may concentrate a bit more on the drinks as the evening goes on (and ends up in The Rainbow Bar & Grill of course), but newcomer Mikkey promos 100% all the way through :D
Good stuff, found on some old VHS tape, so quality definitely so-so.
He was such a great man, in many ways. Thank you Lemmy, you are already missed... :(
He is being open and honest about the music industry back then, very few artists tell the truth. For that one reason alone Lem should be admired and remembered… 🖤

He was real old school grounded pro rock performer,he saw the shallow fake image makers early on and worked at music like a tradesman in any job does,fame held no value,he gave his all honestly and his fans felt that real sincerity,he lived in an apartment when he could have bought a huge mansion because flash wasn't him,few can stay that unaffected by fame and that charm had fans totally devoted to him,he had tons of offers to sponsor items and he just said no unless he believed in the item like the guitars he had a hand in building to his specs ,he remained who he was and that takes great charicter

I am loving these videos. I didn't know a lot of these interviews existed. RIP Lemmy. Motorhead was the greatest rock n roll band of all time.
Finally I figured out who Lemmy reminded me of when he laughed, John Cleese!

Sacrifice is great. It's really hard. Could be the most metal album they did. Not sure

1993...when MTV was still about music! A magical year...the year I graduated high school, and I wasn't even into Motorhead yet. I didn't get into Motorhead until Sacrifice in 1995.

Back when MTV actually posted anything worth watching.
MTV need to go back to it's roots, i'm baffled that it still excists. There's so many good rock n roll music made the last 10+ years, they missed the boat. They lost touch with music a looong time ago and actually not worthy to spend time talking about it tho. But i'm also down with watching KEXP live performances (with interviews) on UA-cam or channels that do the interviews and stuff...

Skew Siskin. BRILLIANT hard rock band. The Motorhead song they covered and kicked into sixth gear was "Boogeyman". Find it here now, thank me for eternity. Nina, Jim and crew posted it like an atomic bomb. Absolutely shredded it.

All the record companies radio stations etc want to promote is easy listening, pop or rap and hip hop and if you actually listen too it that music has more sexually suggestive and depressing lyrics than rock music. Rock music tells you how it is on the other side of the track and not politically correct. But what do a bunch of suits behind a desk know about music. What do most people listen too heavy rock. Besides most rock music that stands the test of time.
