About Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles:
After a couple of significantly groundbreaking years in Los Angeles luxury real estate, the housing market has taken a turn for the worse. Between high interest rates, the “Mansion Tax” and a low inventory of homes, the city’s hottest agents Josh Altman, Josh Flagg and Tracy Tutor are back and feeling a new kind of heat. Stuck in the middle of a shaky market, deals are dragging out, taking much longer to close than before. The agents find themselves accepting deals they never would have previously and getting more innovative with their strategies, employing any means necessary to close the deal.

Ladies , Stop the fillers, plastic surgery , Ozempic and dressing like 20 year olds. My eyes hurt looking at Tracy and Heather - they look airbrushed.
I will say that Tracy at least has an excuse - she's 51. But Heather began using much younger.

I know. These aholes are tone deaf and selfish and avaricious and the reason we regular people, who didn't step in shit and get lucky, can't afford rents in NYC or LA or any other fkn city. Their karma is coming. Probably in the form of homelessness.
The mansion tax also affects commercial properties. So every immigrant ran business that was passed down the building itself could be close to above the $5 mil and they would be affected too.
I miss the Brits James and David on this show.
I don't like the fact that only Flagg, Altman, and Tutor are on the show. Bring in some more people like James Harris and David Parnes I loved them! Also bring in a new person.

I agree. These 3 are not good actors and they make it obvious the show is scripted.
James and David ended up leaving because their boss, Mauricio, ended up staring in his own real estate show, Buying Beverly Hills on Netflix in 2022. The irony is that earlier this year they ended up leaving Mauricio's firm The Agency and joining a new firm, Carolwood Estates.

They need to add new agents. They need to show more of Matt Altman. I miss the Brits, Madison and Frederik. I like all of them, however, it seems like Josh Altman has an ego trip and his personality is starting to get overwhelming to watch. As far as them showing Heather more…… hmmm 😐

This is one of my fave programmes! I absolutely love Josh Flagg and Josh Altman such interesting characters. Oh no, Josh got divorced? That's a shame, I liked them together.
I’m so glad this cast is back!! I loveee the luxury!! This show is true blown out luxury lifestyle. I’m obsessed. I love seeing their success as well and how it transforms their lives. ❤

They actually produced 55,000 tons of marble in the US last year. My guess is it's inferior to what you get in Europe.
