All of this..was developed by samurais in the old days when killing was a norm..and also one hit with empty hand would result in the guy being dead...this was before the samurai used his sword...sword was used if the samurai would be attacked by other samurais..or he got tired of killing people with the empty hand...then he would draw the sword, and usually with the sword he would kill in seconds!!...

With all due respect. Where did you find this out. What literature is there in English that talks about that era of history?

Karate was NEVER practiced by the Samurai. Karate was imported to Okinawa from China.

this is the reason why according to the philosophy of karate we always avoid confrontation, and in the same way facing a weaker opponent that you imply cowardice, it is necessary to know how to measure your strength, it is the balance that exists in the martial arts and within the Goju school mainly.

@@gualtiermalde645 friend...sometimes you cant avoid it...the techniques this master explains are ,,deadly.. this was my only remark..
Goju style is deadly if you know what i mean...there is no other school which uses internal energy or power as Goju..in the karate schools,I mean..
Nice to meet you,I am expert in aikido and traditional karate, but wished to advised you that this stuff Goju...is the real samurai training..one hit..one kill...
we all should strive to improve...but sometimes people dont really understand the ,,power,, one can generate in a simple punch with this kind of training?
I know he tries to explain..etc..and we all love each others
