  • Best Quality Handmade Coils for Tattoo Machines - Bobine de cea mai buna calitate Facute Manual Pentru Masini De Tatuat
    Components I use:
    - T-Top Coil Core (8mm x 32mm) - Made of low carbon steel, these cores have a machined groove that accept a standard snap ring or E-clip (I use snap rings).
    - Black Oxide Snap Clip - This is the industry standard clip used on all 8mm diameter cores
    - High Temperature Heat Resistant Kapton Tape (up to 260°C)
    - 0.5mm (24 AWG) Gauge Enameled Copper Magnet Wire
    - Black Insulator Tubing for wires and capacitors
    - Silver plated Copper Solder Lugs for high conductivity
    - Various size capacitors (depending on the coil type: 6, 8, 10 or 12 wrap coils)
    - Various colors Coil Heat Shrink
    - In this video I've used blue protection and coating varnish for PCBs, coils and other components. That was used only for a special request because normally I don't use any coating for the wires.

      Hi there. If you ask about the jig that's something that I made from a car's wiper motor (rear) 😊and I used a modified PC power supply to power it up. The coil core was cutom made on a lathe

    What was that spray? isn't most of the copper wire for this already enameled?

      I've used blue protection and coating varnish for PCBs, coils and other components.
      That was used only for a special request because normally I don't use any coating for the wires as they are already enameled.

    How to know the quality of coil!!??if i want coil for liner that can do 8-12 sized needle..what should i be looking for in the coil!!??

      I'm only talking about the coils now. To know the quality of a coil you need to know all the materials that the coil's components are made of. But this is hard to check because you buy the coils (or the machine) to use them not to disassemble them. A coil for a Liner needs less electromagnetic power than a coil for a Shader. Electromagnetic power in this case is given by the amount of copper wire that is on a coil. A Liner can use 8 wrap coils while a Shader can use 10-12 wraps coils for more power to be able to drive larger needle groups. So for your situation, you need the check the number of wraps on the coil. Also the wire type used and the type of the steel used for making the coil core is very important because you want a coil core that doesn't store magnetic energy between strokes. I hope you understand what I mean. Good luck

    Sarma de 24 awg are 0.511 mm diametru, aia de 0.8 inseamna 40 awg, vad ca tu ai scris ca ai folosit sarma de 0.8 si in paranteza 24 awg, pana la urma ce ai folosit?

      Nu cred ca are nimic. Nu stiu insa ce efect va avea asupra rezultatului, adica a campului magnetic produs. Daca vei folosi sarma mai groasa, bobina va avea mai putine spire decat folosit sarma mai subtire, ca urmare efectul rezultat va fi diferit. Cred ca daca cauti pe internet vei gasi raspuns de la altii care au experimentat cu sarma mai groasa. Succes

      ce bobine faceai tu daca nu stii efectul unei sarme mai groase sau mai subtiri? stii macar ce da intensitatea campului magnetic? cum faci o bobina mai slaba sau mai puternica?

      Depinde la ce e folosit aparatul de tatuat.
      Mai multe straturi fac aparatul de tatuat mai puternic dar mai inceat.
      Mai putine straturi fac aparatul de tatuat mai rapid dar mai putin puternic

      Las arandelas están hechas de plástico. Puedes usar cualquier material duro que sea aislante eléctrico.
