"Ginga" it's a word in Portuguese that means something like "shake". It's a expression used in African based religions and also in "Capoeira" (a martial art created by black people enslaved in Brazil to be able to defend themselves [Sad fact - Brazil was the biggest trade of slaves in colonial era. It received five more times than the US]). The dance element come from the fact that the slaves disguised the fight training as a dance circle. So they'd say they were dancing if seen, so no punishment would be given. If you listen carefully you'll hear the "Berimbau" (specially in 3:53), a musical instrument created by the slaves to play during the practices. She's saying "Entra na roda e ginga" which means "Get in the circle and dance/fight/shake". All three translations are possible, because "Ginga" means all three at the same time. So at the same time she's inviting you to dance, she's inviting you to fight :)

in reality, ginga music refers to Brazilian culture, which in turn was VERY influenced by African culture (there are reports of the African slave population in Brazil having reached 50% of the population during the colonial period). There are some afro-brasilian religions that are in this song and and references to the fight/dance "capoeira". The slaves in Brasil needed to train corporal combat without anyone else know it, so they played the berimbau and said it was a dance, and trained the movings of the fight with the music , and that's how the Brazilian fighting stile was born ; it has has the most powerful kicks in the world!(you should try looking for videos of capoeira, if you hear the lyrics after watching it👍👍👍)~you will understand why "get into the wheel and ginga/move"
