Vikram is a 2022 Indian Tamil-language action thriller film written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, who wrote the dialogues with Rathna Kumar. It is produced by Kamal Haasan who stars in the titular role, along with Vijay Sethupathi and Fahadh Faasil with Narain and Kalidas Jayaram in supporting roles. Suriya makes a cameo appearance. It is the spiritual successor of the 1986 film of the same name and the second installment in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe.

@@marutimaru3715 then don't watch, unsubscribe, do whatever you need to do. This was the only language available to us. You need to keep in mind we don't have access to every language available. And just because you didn't like it doesn't mean others won't.
It's understandable you guys can't able to differentiate the language but vikram is tamil language movie but you guys watched telugu language version which is dubbed. It makes no big difference for you since you watch with subtitles. But it might impact on the views since the main audience for this movie is Tamil people who might leave without watching fully which impacts watch time and algorithms. Anyways you've already reacted, in future pls checkout the original language of the film before reacting so it might help with the performance of the video. Im saying this bcoz i was so happy to watch the reaction but little disappointed its in Telugu.
im a telugu person but i prefered to watch Vikram or any tamil movie in its original Language...bcoz it'll have the originality.

Bejoy (the police officer from Kaithi) is the main connection between Kaithi and Vikram.

For everyone asking about the original language: They know that. But there's a licensing issue, hence Tamil is not available outside of India. Even RRR, for the longest time was only available in Hindi dub outside of India on Netflix. Local language rights usually get bought by Sun TV, etc,.

How the shuks no one is recommending them Andhadhun and Drishyam 1,2... If Bad medicine is reading this, those two are not action movies at all... Andhadhun is easily one of THE best thrillers from India and Drishyam is so good that it has been remade multiple times even outside of India... Both Bollywood and Malayalam version of Drishyam 1,2 are great.
I recommended both andhadhun, drishyam and barfi to them on patreon hopefully they do it soon.

Let them explore similar stuff more considering how much they loved Kaithi and Vikram. They should watch Jailer, Maaveeran, Jigarthanda and Jigarthanda Double X, Thallumaala, Master, Mark Anthony... There are tons of channels out there and they're all reacting to the same stuff. Andhadhun has been reacted to a lot. Let this channel be different for f*ck's sake

it's better to watch the film in its own regional language. in my personal opinion. since I enjoyed watching it that way.
Here's a little historical background, at 39:00 they mention a failed operation in 1991. This was the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi, the former PM of India. He was killed when visiting the state of Tamil Nadu, which was also where Agent Vikram and several other Black Squad members were from. Of course that alone would give a pranoid government enough reason to hunt down these agents, but understanding who killed Rajiv Gandhi is also important. To the south of India, there's Sri Lanka, an island nation that has a sizeable Tamil diaspora. Due to various reasons a terrorist group formed in the name of fighting for these Sri Lankan Tamils. When Rajiv was PM, he sent the Indian Army to help the Sri Lankan govt. and suppress this group's activities, which brought him the ire of the terrorists and many sympathetic Indian Tamils. So when he was assassinated in Tamil Nadu by what's technically a "foreign" terrorist group with the suspected help of the state govt, the central govt charged the Black Squad with treason and proceeded to eliminate them all and start over.
