- Solo hike with tent at Ammarnäs in the Swedish mountains in mid June. Still much snow and lots of melt water in the streams, but no mosquitos. Hiking with trail runner shoes (Salomon Sense Ride 2). Tent was the Tarptent Notch.

Your support helps make more videos. Thank you!
In 21 minutes of this video, there was more drama, storytelling, suspense, action, and exceptional cinematography than the last three Disney Star Wars movies combined. Great video Erik. Thank you.
Nah there wasn't bro
@@eliasosterman1995 Yes, there was.
Life is best appreciated when you slow down and take time to look around you. Wonderful, simply wonderful
i think too . i from vietnam
Yes mantap.i from indonesia
We owe you a vote of thanks for one of your videos with a Firebox Stove! After researching it over a few days, we bought one with a bunch of accessories, to use while skiing and camping. I can't believe the dishes i can cook on this!!! Tack så mycket!
Your cinematic instincts and practices are world class. This was simply a fantastic film.
The interaction with the moose is the kind of thing you remember for a long time. It looked a young one, full of curiosity.
They usually are way more shy. Definitely a confident young fella this one. I think Erik was happy that the mother was not tagging along, because a protective adult moose can be dangerous
@@patriark can he attack humans?
@@Alessandro-nq3tm Yes. Moose bulls can be aggressive, but it's very rare that they end up hurting people. 99,999% of the time a moose will just run away from the sound of humans.
@@patriark Had in total four encounters with Moose bulls over the years and in each occasion we just had a short staring contest like in the video and both moved on with our days. The sheer size of these guys however does make me respect them and nature.
Det här är en film jag vill se på några gånger till under inkommande vinter. Sagolikt vackert....tack för att jag fick följa med . Roger 🇫🇮😎
Tack Roger!
Wetterlings,Gransfors Bruk,Hultafors. These are axes that I would trust anywhere.Swedish steel is the best. Love my mora.Simplicity wins every time.

Erik, thank you for sharing your adventures in the beautiful Scandinavian mountains with us. What a lovely place!.
I had exactly the same point of view from the comfort of my tent but with 3 red deer. They walked almost right up to my door, curiously sniffed me and my kit before slowly walking off. Beautiful.
Tack! skönt att höra att det inte handlar om antalet mil om dagen, utan att koppla av! Lätt o glömma när man lyssnar på andra :D
ja det är ett väldigt stressande o presterande bland många fjällvandrare.
8:34 🤩 You never fail to capture the most beautiful scenery around you 😊 Thanks for this Erik!

I enjoy watching the advance of spring into summer. Beautiful hike!
Fantastic, Erik. What a beautiful, unpopulated country you have. And that Moose! 😮 👀👍😎
That's what happens when you build a nation around a living wage whereby people don't need to have half a dozen children in order to keep the family alive..lol
Very nice video. The moose was great. Love how you show and label all the flowers etc. Take care and stay safe, Al
En härlig film, igen! Älskar den unga älgen, med nyfikhet, ingen rädsla i sina vackra ögon. Tusen tack för dessa enastående upplevelser, Erik!

Your channel is blowing up Erik. I am happy for you :) .
Hello,
The birds songs are simply from Heaven! So beautiful and so relaxing to watch this video and hear the sound in the background! Keep on going! Like!
Eric you speak! Just brilliant cinematography as usual but the young moose was a real surprise I bet for you as well. Ultra light which I don't see you use much but a nice selection of gear. Thanks for sharing.
Fantastic! Great scenery. There is nothing like early Spring. The rebirth of life, the sun rising higher in the sky, the warmth coming down on the cold earth, longer days, birds singing in the early morning, the awakening. It is a phenomenon that may be unmatched anywhere in the Universe. Never take it for granted. You will not get to experience it even a 100 times in your life. Take the time to appreciate each one. Peace to all of you.
NO!! I’ve already had the Sunday morning coffee that I drink while watching the newly released Normark video 😏
It’s now a week later. I’m sat in bed as usual. Really want my coffee, but really want my coffee while watching Erik’s latest video. It’s 7 minutes to 9 (UK time). I’m going to risk it and hope that the new video is released at 9 o’clock. I CAN’T LEAVE IT ANY LONGER!!
Beautiful views and a relaxing video, thanks for sharing.
Tackar, snyggt producerat, trevligt att en älg kom och hälsade på.
"Thumbs up" at 10:31 mark. 😉 Nice effective but simple light gear loadout for fair weather conditions. Thanks for sharing your trip.
Most wonderful video with the encounter with the young moose coming right at you, sir! The midnight stillness and beauty is breathtaking, and accompanied by the thrust song filling the air with nature's own music and concert! A big THANK to you, dear Erik! Very very good YT-video! Top class!
Really amazing! Love this video!
One of my favorites so far.... absolutely beautiful country
yes very beautiful country , i from vietnam too

Awesome landscape and moose, so clear water. Beautiful nature, ecellent video, thank you. 🇫🇮
Well done video and quite nice adventure. I am preparing myself to start my visits to the mountains this year again.
Thanks...I enjoyed watching.
Hello Erik, greetings from Northern California. It's very good to see you again. No mosquitoes on this trip, consider yourself blessed. You did another Magnificent job of filming on this outing. Such beautiful country. What a special moment to see a moose slowly meandering. I like your new, trend setting, trail runners. All the best to you, stay healthy. 🤗
What a great nature, it must be very satisfying to be part of that for a period of time. Greetings and thanks for sharing your adventure!
Newfoundland is a winter wonderland in the winter, an anglers dream in summer. This just what i needed to focus on where i came from.Thanx Eric.
What can i say! Amidst all that's going on in our world this guy takes time to capture his moments so we all can enjoy. Reminds me of home.
What a beautiful place! I know I have said this before, but thanks for bringing me along! A great pleasure!
The pleasure is all mine! Thanks Kevin
Fantastiskt! Så vackra bilder och ljud! Vad roligt att du fick se älgen från så nära håll.
Ja den kan man kalla oväntat besök :)
Absolutely stunning video Erik! The moose was a highlight for me, in my time in Sweden I only saw one once and that was swimming away from me and only recognisable by the antlers. Please keep up the good work. Thanks
What a gorgeous relaxing trip
Great video! Always love watching the moment when the most simple food or the coffee hits the spot. 😀 You have to experience it yourself to fully understand it.
Wow! Enjoyed your camping video.
The bog with the ptarmigan...i could just imagine Viking artifacts in the area.... very beautiful...I needed this today...thank you Erik for posting this lovely trip
Such breathtaking scenery, I love it! Great video. 👍
Thank you. Good luck. The lake was very beautiful and relaxing. Then the deer came for your friendship and welcome because you were a guest.
Excellent. Thanks for uploading.
Vera nice video Erik. The moose and also the landscape is great.
Erik, your a master of the "B-Roll."

Incredible view ever. Thank you Erik for the great video. You are the best artist. Hello from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Hi,Eric ! You can't even imagine how beneficial your posts anoint my soul.
People shouldn't get older.Stay young !
Wow! Am liking this new lightweight gear!
Stunning scenery, I could gladly hide away at that camp spot by the lake for a few days. Thanks.
Beautiful,Thank
You Erik.
Wonderful film Erik! You live in such a beautiful country. Really enjoyed the meeting with the moose, reminds me of my country Canada. I look forward to seeing your videos every Sunday morning. Keep up the great work! 👍☕️

Glad to hear that! Thanks
Such beautiful scenery. Thanks for sharing. Take care and stay safe.
Fantastiske sener med Nydelig natur og du har gjort en fantastik jobb med ljuden
I wish you could live from what you do on youtube Erik
CheerZ
What a wonderful moment with that young moose. So curious and innocent creature, thanks for sharing this..again =)
Brilliant video. So peaceful. Thanks for the gear load out at the end.
I bought the exped lightning after having seen you use it. Very happy with it. I highly recommend altra shoes. Since I tried my timps I've not used my boots in the summer. I don't find snow or water a problem because they dry so quickly. Mostly week long trips in northern Swedish fjällen.
yes very happy , i sure , i hope go to my home
awesome video as always! the moose interaction was amazing! thanks for sharing!
wonderful the nature shots and the pretty moose👍 very nice nature video. finally a longer video of you. keep it up !!!
Love the moose. Being still and quiet can result in great woodland rewards.
That was sublime Erik, nice one.Take care :)
Beautiful place. Great video
Thanks for the sharing, it was very good view!
wow, Nature is so Calm, Quiet & Beautiful.
i enjoyed watching , relaxing and i like the minimalism .
Beautiful place. If I lived there, you'd run into me up there for sure.
I agree with your assessment of trail runners. If the load isn't too heavy, weather and trails are easy, really worth wearing. I used to over use boots too.
I run and exercise with minimalist foot wear all the time now, so it's a logical choice for me.
That young moose was incredible.🦌Thumbs up for the squeeze cheese, too. 👍☕🧀
Utterly remarkable in every way.
I liked very much your vídeos!! Very beautiful landscapes!!
Congratulations!! 🤗
What a stunning encounter! There’s a good chance that you’re the first and last human that moose has ever seen! Beautiful!
Always love for those thumbs after sipping the coffee
Sometimes he makes shit coffee. Not this time.
3:00 actually no thumbs up this time. Maybe bad coffee..
