Woman Goes Completely Nuts After Police Officer Arrests Her Boyfriend

- In Ohio on February 25, 2023, an individual suspected of driving under the influence, having consumed alcohol at a bar with their partner, tried to drive their partner's vehicle home. Law enforcement officers found the individual asleep behind the wheel with the engine running and subsequently arrested them on suspicion of DUI. Concurrently, the partner, identified as Kara Fuller, engaged in confrontational behavior and was apprehended for obstructing official duties, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Substances including drugs and marijuana were discovered during a search of the vehicle. Kara is now facing charges related to obstructing official duties, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct.

This country is in serious trouble.
I think law should be stricter for DUIS. In my day they didn’t have Lyft or Uber. Also, when I got an obstruction, I didn’t get as many warnings as she did that’s for damn sure.
Instead of being grateful that the bar staff saved their lives. She gets pissed and acts like its their fault. Nobody likes a snitch. But in certain cases when it directs you or people's lives that's not snitching. We in society don't live by jailhouse rules.

If this had been my contact she would have been in cuffs and under arrest a long time ago. You don't run around yelling and cursing at the top of your lungs - you go to jail for Disorderly Conduct.

How can they charge the guy with DUI when he's not driving the car?
The car was running and he was in the driver's seat, so he was in possession/control of the car. Did you want him to actually crash into something or someone first before he was arrested?
@@mabeldogbones8204 A car running and him sitting in the driver's seat is not the same as driving the car. Driving is driving. The car was parked on private property, where the police have no jurisdiction regarding traffic situations. He could have climbed into the car after someone else parked it where it was. If they didn't witness him driving on a public street, they have no right arresting him for DUI. Breaking a law doesn't allow for the presumption of having done so, it must be observed.
@@MrMarco855 I can see the point you are trying to make and I do not necessarily disagree with it. But I find your logic faulty. According to your argument someone could be in a car accident that fatally killed someone on private property, while still sitting alone drunk behind the steering wheel of the running car. But they could not be charged with anything if no one actually saw them driving the car at the time of the accident.
That wasn't very bright in light of what was in that vehicle.
i understand that the car gets searched, and i understand that she resisted, obstructed, and was disorderly, but if they found marijuana AND drugs in the car, how come she wasn’t charged for any of that?

Yes, you missed something, the statute in Ohio is OVI, or operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He turned the key over, he's drunk, he's getting charged. Most states are like this.
