Audibly laughed at the tip #3 part. Also personally I find cold to be extremely helpful when falling and staying asleep. I want it as cold as possible in my room, alright. Turn the heathers off and open the window, no matter the season.

Wish i could figure out how to get more deep sleep. Ive noticed when i get 2 hrs of deep sleep im pretty refreshed. Seems to be a roll of the dice to get that though.

I feel ya, I'm the same way but on my stomach. I just try to modify the position with pillows to try to minimize any postural damage that I'm doing to myself
