I used to love this game back when I was an innocent little boy lol
and yet the game was not so innocent.. i was a bit scared of certain characters, like sunshine.. damn that thing meat grind the enemy geez..

Love how at the title screen, the characters yell a title that is in no way shape or form the actual title of the game

What upsets me about this game is Kid don't have muscle gravity as a finish for his Chojin crown attire.

yooo my brother liked the red wrestling dude, Nd i used the blue one. then he used the regular sunshine, and i used sunshine supreme i think his name was. this game is a fuckin clasic

Hey... my childhood game we played this a lot back then but it was japanese, we called it ultraman WWE
To be honest kinnikuman/king muscle is the WWE of anime
Its curious how they change the game's name to "Galactic Wrestling" insted of let it be "ultimate muscle generstions(kinnikuman generations)"
Maybe to make the US audience familiarize with the current and only kinnikuman show at the time (ultimate muscle), the og kinnikuman wasn't released in the US
Just bought this game for 80 bucks for this game I remember it so well. I remember going to gamestop and purchasing it for 3.99....... What a fool I was because I sold my entire PS2 collection for Rockband on Playsation 3 YUUUUCK I was soo dumb as a little kid If I could go back in time I would slap myself I was walking distance from a gamestop... This game has a special place in my Current collection and will be my most expensive game.
I just ordered it for $52 CIB (60 after tax and shipping ) which seemed like a great deal. A lot of the other ones were 75 and up and quite a few were over 90. I have never seen it before and Ive been collecting ps2 since 2009. I had thought there was only the GameCube Ultimate Muscle game, which I really like so this was a no brainer.
There has been a resurgence in all that Guitar Hero/Rock Band stuff, you may be surprised what that stuff goes for now. My buddy is a reseller and he sells that stuff all the time. Sometimes he ll have to fix the guitars which is just some cleaning of the contacts but you may be able to recover a lil bit of money selling it.
@@zackschilling4376 That's a great deal does it come with a manual and case? But yeah ever since COVID people like myself are looking for the itch of nostalgia. But this IMO is a gem. You should see how much the Def Jam games are... its insane 200 bucks at least.
@@sitmisfit4841 Complete in box with manual. DJ Fight For NY is the expensive one, but DJ Vendetta isnt too much, I know the GameCube one complete with everything is about $45 and up, a lil cheaper without the manual. Then theres Def Jam Icon for PS3 (and I think Xbox 360 but not sure) which everyone Ive ever heard talk about it says it awful and pretty much killed the series.
If you want to see some crazy prices, check out WWF No Mercy, the USA-1 version which you could only get if you complained about the save deleting glitch and they would send you a new version with the glitch fixed. They start around $350 for just the game. Only way to tell is if you look on the label and where it has its like serial number thing it has a USA-1 instead of just USA. Wrestling Bios has a video on it and he covers that version in part of it.
@@zackschilling4376 Damn LOL i just looked that's insane saw a listing for 330 for WWF no mercy. But yeah never played def jam icon I didn't even knew it existed past the ps2 days.
@@sitmisfit4841 Just got it today. Its got everything, in very good shape. I was a bit skeptical, but its all there, and it works great. I also ordered Def Jam Vendetta for GameCube (cuz it has the 4 player mode PS2 only has 2) for $45 shipped, also complete with box, disc and manual - That didnt come yet.
Why does Kinnikuman sound like Mr. Burns at the beginning? LOL
I thought he sounds like a cool Homer Simpson.
while the newer version has better graphic and smoother gameplay, i prefer this one.. because this version, the special attacks felt better, looks epic.. Unlike the newer ones, where the special atks felt like just an normal flashier attack.. And not to mention, the characters here are bigger, 50+ characters.. while the newer ones are around 20+ / 30+

I won the tag tournament with shivano(asuraman)and sunshine supreme and rogue(Akuma shogun) still doesn’t unlock what am I doing wrong
