Galactic Wrestling: Featuring Ultimate Muscle, known in Japan as Kinnikuman Generations (キン肉マン ジェネレーションズ), is a PlayStation 2 game produced by Bandai and released in 2004. Galactic Wrestling: Featuring Ultimate Muscle is an expansion of the GameCube game Ultimate Muscle: Legends vs. New Generation, which had been released in Japan on November 22, 2002 and in North America on June 5, 2003. The title of Galactic Wrestling, in Japan, is often abbreviated as Niku Gene (肉ジェネ). The game itself has an expansion called Kinnikuman Muscle Generations (キン肉マン マッスルジェネレーションズ), released in Japan on February 2, 2006 for the PlayStation Portable.

Had Ultimate Muscle on Gamecube in the day. Wasn't at all aware of this. Is this an enhanced port, or a whole new game?
Mainly an enhanced port for the ps2 with more characters and such, but they got rid of the story mode and character creation. It also got ported to the psp in Japan only with a few extra characters.

To be honest, I don't remember specifically which button to press to activate what technique, but there is a "hitting button" for kicks and punches, and a "grabbing button" to activate wrestling techniques. exists. By pressing these buttons along with the up, down, left, and right keys, various attacks will change. It's easier than it looks, and if you're like me, all you have to do is press random buttons and various techniques will be activated automatically.

One of the selling points of the WWE SmackDown series is the realism of actual professional wrestling.💪 Therefore, this game should be irresistibly exciting for those who know the original anime. For those who don't know this anime, this pro wrestling game may be difficult to accept.😆
I remember EGM giving this a bad review saying get the Gamecube one instead but this smokes the Gamecube verison, i have that one and its nowhere near this fluid. Seems like this has more moves too. Looks better graphically once you get past the lack of cell shading.
Your view may be correct. The PS2's "Galactic Wrestling featuring Ultimate Muscle" may be more complete from a pro wrestling standpoint than the GameCube's "Ultimate Muscle: Legends vs. New Generation."
Although it is a Japanese version, "Kinnikuman: Muscle Generations" for PSP is also recommended for its graphics.
