Brian was always the risk taker of all the crew, he would make split second decisions and do whatever it takes to win wether it’s playing chicken with a car that’s gapping him or going on the wrong side of the road into on coming traffic.. Brian was a badass street racer!

Absolutely love the progression throughout this film. In this scene you see Brian struggling to get off the line, however later in the movie when he’s learned more and established himself better, he’s able to take off neck & neck with Dom during the quarter mile. I miss the small things like this
I like how a street race gave Brian an insane adrenaline dump and he just had to sit there and process it for like 30 seconds, but nowadays the crew swings their cars like Spider-man and fight nuclear subs and drive cars into space without blinking an eye

I saw this in the theator back then with the friends i made street racing lol (and track). Still fun and funny but to see cars like that back then was awesome, when seeing a Skyline in the usa was pretty rare
I'm going to move the battery to my Porsche in the trunk. This way it's not directly above the fuel cell in the frunk! Them Porsches split like an egg and rip the power cable from the battery, when you hit the brakes on a turn and break the egg. have to power out and gain control. What a great actor and this was the best of the furious!!
This made me think of myself when i played the Nascar Racing arcade machine when in one of the races on the final lap, right at the end on the final turn, i drafted the leaders in front of me, and when the boost was full, i pulled out and hit it and i shot right past them and i won. 3:09

This race seems much longer than a quarter-mile, and yet people complain about the long, long runway in Fast 6.
The difference is they are racing as compared to them being in an a Star Wars battle.
They were doing 140 to 160, so this was a mile long race.
Took em like 2 minutes to get to 140 lol.
