I use clear polygel or builder gel to fix my back glass when I break it. Yes, the same builder gel and polygel I use to do my nails... That stuff is STRONG and lasts for months. I use it to fill in the holes, and it keeps the glass from breaking further. Plus I can use my nail drill to shape the gel so it looks & feels almost normal. You can barely tell it was broken...

The cheap way of fixing the back glass: Ah yes I shall Buy a $250 screen protector cutter + multiple panels of tempered glass Lol But for real it could be a pretty good investment is used properly
@@approvise I think it's more for uniformity. Other plastic screens aren't very smooth, they get kinked and bumpy all over. This thing feels completely flat because it's basically laminated glass. Idk. I'd rather there be no glass so I didn't have to worry so much, but it does feel good.
Honestly a $20 heat gun from Amazon and some aftermarket replacements from around the web have always done me fine. Most people don't even like back glass and are perfectly fine with it being replaced with a cheaper plastic aftermarket backing especially since almost everyone nowadays just covers their stuff with a case anyways Glass backing on phones is always kind of iffy anyways. Hello, I really like your videos, straight to the point and very chilling. One thing: I found this "how to repair phone" channel and it's kinda weird how the content looks like yours. I dunno if it's a backup channel or something but if you have time to check out will be appreciated. Don't want to see your content been repost. (Sorry for my English, it isn't my native language). Do you have a shop or site where I can buy one of your refurbished phones? I'm tryna get the newest Samsung note (the 20 ultra), but tryna find it a bit cheaper. If you do have a shop, an idea to increase sales would be to link the refurbishing video on the listing. If not, do you know of a good way to get the newest Samsung note for cheaper? Either way, great job, and I love the videos 😊
Yo bro! Where did you get this phone!! I traded my XSMax in to Verizon/Asurion a while ago for a new one and it had actually looked exactly like this 😅 you might have my old phone lol 😅 is the front cracked as well?
Love the content, try epoxy or resin! would be cool to see the outcome, I fixed a broken touchscreen that had ghost touches everywhere with it but it set before i could smear it all in and left goofy streaks.

That is legit a good idea for people who don't want a bulky case on their phones.
Apple just took how much more fragile can we make a phone as a god-tier challenge.
and then samsung beat them by making the most fragile glass screens in existence lol. I love my Z flip but I always worry about the screen.

hey just wondering if we open the back for repairs, can the water resistant be maintained?
This is smart, good thinking 🤔
bruh id still use that without the back glass broken cuz that looks smooth and feels nice
This might become a new trend for back glasses it looks kinda cool

The costco part had me dieing
Do you think self-leveling epoxy would work
I think broken glass can have a pretty nice look to it at times. So this would be a cool choice for wanted to have it look neat.
Well maybe this wouldn't have happened if the back of it was made with plastic plus it would feel better in the hand.

Can the broken back glass be replaced with something more durable or will the iPhone be grumpy about that?
These people who break their phones obviously haven’t heard of a phone case lmfao
It actually looks better than a repaired glass
It can be a good custom! You know, you could break it a particular way and then apply a matte screen protector. Dope! 😘👌
It doesn't feel like crap but it looks crap though 😂
Wrapping your phone with diff skin is good if back is broken! Try matt black
can u make pls a vid about ur equipment and whats the use is

And phone droped in my hand dose protect the screen from smash or just from scratch
Does it help with water resistance? I’m guessing not a lot but maybe a little.
Use the skin which Identical to the back color of the phone
And also it should have apple logo
How about those cases that look like a real back? That would be even better. But I agree, this is a good solution too.
