I love seeing these vids where you’re in a live environment with your kids. Its definitely helping me overcome my fear of having my little one tag along.
Thank you for sharing...this video is an ultimate confirmation on cleaning offices... my oldest was a big help but is in college now...my two toddlers are my top priority... I have been thinking of this since last year and you're right about fear because people call me for notary and I'm always so nervous 😂😂then30 min/ $200 later I'm like why sareeta 😂😂😂
Hello love the videos can you tell me what app you use for send them invoice and payments. I’m just starting and feeling so overwhelmed with so many things and info thank for your videos really help me and you are such and inspiration for me
How do you advertise to get office cleanings? Do you go there and drop off your card and a flyer? How do you bid jobs and come up with how to price them? Do you measure square footage and come up with rate?
I actually have been pretty blessed to be able to have all my commercial cleanings. Call me and ask for a quote. And honestly I just think of how long it would typically take for someone to clean it and how long I would want someone to clean it for to make sure the office is completely cleaned. That’s really what my Cleaning price is based off of. We typically clean smaller offices that typically take from 1 hour to 4 hrs. In my area, cleaners make anywhere from $20-$25 hr.
Turnover is for Airbnb. For offices, I think having a internet presence is important. Also emailing, cold calling and sending out a personal letter to the decision maker.
Love your videos very inspiring! If you have the time ? So I just started my cleaning business about a month ago. It's going alright, but what I would like to do is commercial cleaning, cause the pay will be more sure and stable. What im having trouble is ,if I do a walk thru - In a potential office. How do I go by sending them my info. Well is it first a proposal or bid ? And what else do I send them . That's where Im struggling ? I would really appreciate it if you can help me . Thank you.
Hi Lorena! I actually try in multiple ways. I send them an offer email. I send them an email in regards to discussing our services and if we can set up a time to complete a walkthrough. I drop off flyers after hours. I also cold call ( last on my list because I get nervous still) I would send them something that sets you apart. Everyone needs insurance, background checked etc. I would recommend standing out and being creative. I’m still learning this process. I would schedule a walkthrough, get specifics on how often, what’s needed, etc. From there I would send them a proposal. I don’t call it a bid unless it’s multiple people that they’ve scheduled walk throughs with. That’s why I always try to be the very first response & walkthrough within two days.
Thank you so much for replying back, so first, it would be a proposal, and your insurance do as well send them your customer guidelines . I think the hards part and I get nervous giving to office to offer my services.Think to my self what if they call and than what lol I not even ready. Those were my only questions . Thank you so much your content is so inspiring to watch..
Yes, so for me I complete a walkthrough. I then send offer a quote. I then send over (not all the time) a contract. This contract includes, payment, payment schedule, details in what will be done, late fees etc.
First things first, if they call - pick up, sound professional & get some details on the clean but schedule your walkthrough. So from there you write down a checklist of questions Frequency What needs to be cleaned Alarms/ key entry Time/day of the week If they had a cleaner before What issues did they have with their last cleaner Sometimes I even ask them “if you don’t mind me asking, do you know what you where paying the last cleaner?” Where are the consumable supplies located Did they have a vacuum on site Where is the trash located Just as many details as possible
Thank you ,for replying back! Yes for sure I will apply these questions. when I get a commercial. I feel a bit more confident walking in their . God bless you and wish you lots more success you way.
Hi Paige, it’s very important you find someone to cover you if you can’t make it to a clean. It shows your not reliable and they may soon look for another company. You can have something as simple as a window of arrival time, a certain day of the week after hours.
@@thehustlenetwork really? Girl lemme run to Marshalls cause… lol I need one! But I like yours. You don’t dispose of it right? Can you just wash the duster attachment or??
They found me in Google. It’s gonna take extreme efforts. Your gonna have to contact 50+ offices a day. Drop some f flyers off during business hours or after hours. Emailing is great too. You need to definitely be on Google it’s FREE.
Hello, I recently started my cleaning Business, I was wondering how can I get started looking for clients? What do I say? I am still at my 9-5, you think it’s inappropriate to give my business card to my supervisor?
Hi Karla! I would definitely recommend not giving your supervisor a card. However, I think you need to reach out to as many business as possible. That’s very important. You want to send emails, drop a card and or flyer off. Definitely want to cold call business as well. You need to reach a mass amount of business. It highly recommended.
I actually go in introduce myself. I let them know I wanted to drop off a flyer if there I. Need if a cleaner. I sometimes like to go towards the end of the day to catch the person in charge
Hi mentor, ...ur videos make me feel like ur that 2 me. Question if I had a gig like that what should I charge? Do u have a calculation sheet I could use?
I actually just ask very specific questions. I don’t have a price sheet, however if it’s more than once a week ordeal I do use this calculation ua-cam.com/video/Re5zKCdMdho/v-deo.html
I base small office cleans on how long it would take and how long I would want a cleaner there. So if an office looks like it may take 2 hours to cover a checklist & im paying between $20-$25 hr. I double it

Yeah sometimes it doesn’t work. Don’t let that stop you or be the reason you don’t pursue Airbnb cleaning. Try contacting hosts with Vrbo. Put in an application with Evolve. Checkout Turnoverbnb & post in Facebook Groups ( not on your page) on Airbnb groups and make posts on how you can help and can be useful to their business
I'm a black man who has cleaned office buildings in Alexandria, Virginia part time evenings from 6-10pm. I can't never find a full time daytime office cleaning job in Fort Washington Maryland, Oxon Hill Maryland, Clinton Maryland where i live. Hispanic people are cleaning offices in the daytime in Fort Washington, Oxon Hill, Clinton, Waldorf, Maryland. I haven't worked in 6 years. I can't keep jobs because of white people complaining. I've never had a apartment and a car. I live with my parents. I get money and food stamps from social services. I applied for SSI money from social security. I was denied because social security said i'm not disabled. I can't do jobs with lots of money because i have a mental disability. Cleaning offices is the only job i can do.

Absolutely! I really love Square! Very easy!!! I send invoices over if airbnb. If you want a card on file, I highly recommend Jobber but does cost
I like Square because you can have savings for Taxes, rainy day all automated. Which I prefer. Jobber is a little expensive in my opinion

Do they leave the door unlocked for you ?
Great question, no I have a key. Now that I send my cleaners, I buy a lockbox and make a copy of the key and place outside of the building
How do i market myself to small offices.
I would send in a personal letter to the decision maker. I would send an unbeatable offer on your flyer as well
Hi! Can you explain with commercial contracts is there flexibility with when you come? Or what if for some reason you can't come one week.
Hi Paige, it’s very important you find someone to cover you if you can’t make it to a clean. It shows your not reliable and they may soon look for another company. You can have something as simple as a window of arrival time, a certain day of the week after hours.
Would u mind if I ask u that : how much do u charge this office ?
$111.25 for this specific location
Do they ask for insurance and bonding small offices?
I haven’t been asked yet

how do you reach out to businesses
I use flyers & email
How much is an office like this and how often do you clean it?
Every Sunday $111.25 a week

I’m not sure if your talking about Google Local Leads.
I would try it out, but that’s quite high for just one customer.
