i found a old panther restored it a few years back with a new bs anmial my sons rookie year he took 1st place in his class for the season against the crg
a better color than mc yellow for resto is rustoleum sunburst yellow comet kart sales still had 92 and 91 gasket sets avalable a few y ears back and ceramic duck bills my latest project is horstman clutch nuts at las count i made over 750 nuts crank ballbearings can be had fore 1.50 ea at my local store called acmebearing in buff ny comet kart still had crank seals too hope this info helped someone i rember buying 92 gasket sets from comet a few years ago for 5.95 eaand getting 29.00 ea on ebay comet still had pistons and rings too at 1974 prices
i have 2 margay conceps & 15 perfect MC91 B/1s w/horstman w kendic pipes i got lucky in 1978 a locol kartshop was going under beteween me and my dad we spent 3grand on parts&Mac engines and i raced some stuf the rest i put away for 40 yrs once and a wile i put stuff on ebay thats how i built my house last year a guy at a vintage race gave me a grand for a nos in box 101AA i paid 85 bucks for it im out of hartman oil clutches now my hot item now is my gem v/12 manifolds i hav a shoe box of mc duck bills maby3,000

comet karts still has a shitload of old mc parts as of 10yrs ago mc 92 gsks 6.00 i sold on ebay 29.95 a set
