Corregidor Island is one of the hidden gems of Siargao Island. Located in the municipality of Dapa, a 45-minute boat ride from the port of General Luna, this island and a barangay of around 2,000 people allow visitors to experience the simple island life. It has a nice white sand beach but the island boasts of its beautiful vista which can be reached by trekking. It is dubbed as the Batanes of the South, and after trekking for 30 minutes to reach its viewpoint, I totally agree! Corregidor Island visit can be added to your Tri-Island Tour of Siargao Island.
