Ah, looks just like a Jubilee tool changer system with a different interconnect. Saw you comments about this being based on E3D's tool changer. Which, is what the Jubilee is as well - it's just they use a remote cable for the locking/unlocking just like you did here.
Hi. Yes, you are right. The locking system is like Jubilee tool changer system, just a little changed. This is the second version of the system I used in my printer. Now the direct tool changer is on the test. I hope I post the video about it soon.
Thank you for sharing!!!....Awesome work!!!!...is exactly what I need for my diy 3d printing TC using duet2 wifi and duex5....Hello Alex would it be possible for you to share your config.json file generated from reprapfirmware configuration tool? for this particular setup...will be so much appreciated...thank you in advance
Hi. I didn't use reprapfirmware configuration tool, I made my config by myself. It is too long to post it here. Try to see it - drive.google.com/file/d/14X3qBhzq1tQ7BBmX_-xvLP3iPZ-8WWXB/view?usp=share_link - this is my last configuration. Unfortunately, now my machine structure was changed, and now I back to servo tool changer and the configuration for the locking system you can see in this video was lost. You can see another video on my chanel with the last structure of my machine - direct drive toolchanger.
@@Alex_Railnolds Thank you so much!!!.... for your time and sharing your file I respect the fact that you didn't use tha reprap tool I think it will be a lot better for me to follow and understand your setup....peace!!!

Hi. No, I have no problems with adhesion. But first Z offset settings for each head should be adjusted and added to the firmware. Also, the auto bed leveling feature can be used, but I have never used it, no reason to do it.
