Texas got rid of safety inspections starting in October 2024, but I believe will still have emissions testing for vehicles 2-24 years old. Fiddy is almost aged out. and yes getting state inspection is a requirement to get registration as of about 8 or 9 years ago
@@Patman03sprcrw Oof, we only have emissions testing if you live in (or around) Baton Rouge. The rest of the state has no emissions. My inspection sticker has been expired for over a year 😂

@@GrandGrady Texas only has a few counties that require emissions. Centered around Austin Dallas, Houston and El Paso
