Nothing wrong with the settings but the manufacturer itself used cheap cooling for the card. See if you can increase case airflow but the noise will not go away.

@@benchpool Frame drop to 35 fps in all settings 1080/1440/low/medium/epic. Cpu 5600x is bottleneck in this game. And yes - i have two ssd 500gb Just go to the first tower and drink vodka to be happy)

my 3070 instantly heats up to 80-81 degrees, and the coolers are making crazy noise. And this is with any settings. What am I doing wrong?

I have been hearing that it will improve over some updates but 100% requires a SSD. 40-50.. i say go 1440p or 4k. 10400 cant handle that load lol
