Got a pro tip for taking salad greens camping. Put in a square of paper towel before you leave and seal it back up with enough air so it wont get crushed (if its in a bag) Lasts at least 3-4× longer.

20:44 Hi Andy .....Pied oystercatchers primarily feed on bivalves and have a specially modified chisel like beak to make this possible. Crustaceans form only a very small percentage of their diet. Beach stone curlews are the bird you are thinking of for crab eating and they have a heavy bill for dealing with armoured prey.

Interesting video Andy. I'm not sure I understand the concept of 2 blokes going off together on an adventure but doing everything separately. Also, I would be interested to know why you didn't consider finding a reasonably sheltered island to wait out the storm? So much to learn, so much enjoyment.
This is the first big trip Clint has done on his boat we also enjoy fishing by ourselves and having the other persons back up. I was keen to stay there and whether the storm out but Clint wanted to head home.

I enjoyed your latest video fishing with Clint My Japanese Fishing guide told me that squid do not like ocean water that has a freshwater source like a stream, river or underground seepage... Maybe there were no squid in this video, due to the fresh water source? Not sure? Anyway, FYI! Thanks for the great video!! Steve-O Nagoya, Japan
That’s an interesting point I’ll have to look into that, there really wasn’t that much freshwater coming from the creek but as you saw when we were snorkelling the water was blurry and that I think meant freshwater

I guess that he's got a strong local following and it's a big community, being out with numerous different youtube fishermen as well, doing collabs and different things. Shame you had to cut the trip short!!! Weathers a bit crazy lately, wet seasons come a bit late hopefully the cooler weather will be on the way soon & then we will be off on a few boating adventures. Coral trout are my favourite fish, when I visit my Aunty & Uncle in Cairns they always cook up a big feed for me 🤤 they have a huge boat and always out the reef fishing. I’ve just gotten back from hiking on Hinchinbrook Island, our trip also got cut short and we had to turn back, with my 10yr old son. He caught the biggest rock cod (was later told its a gold spot) I have ever seen on his little 3pce Ugly Stik travel rod I got him for xmas, in one of the estuary’s while we were waiting for the tide to go down so we could cross the trail. It was about 2 1/2 of my feet so atleast 60cm. He was disappointed we had to cut the trip short and turn back but catching that fish is a moment he will never forget & I got most of it on video. Such an amazing experience for him coz he loves fishing & loves your vids too. The gold & black lure did the trick once again 👏 cheers! Heather

Perhaps, although I’ve seen casuarina is lined on long beaches and there can’t be water everywhere so I’m not so sure

Andy. I ate sea cucumber on my last trip to Malaysia i believe it was the brown type it was prepared in a broth/soup it was delicious.
I believe Clint was talking about the black soft ones which I’m not even sure I edible one day I will eat curry fish as they call them
