Multiple addresses can be saved in the contact card with labels like Home or Work.
Once saved, you can tap on the address within the contact app for direction or search the person's name on Google map.

Login to google maps > Click on Menu (Top right corner of the screen) > Your Places > Labeled
Here your will find the tabs called Home and Work. Select Home and enter the Co-ordinates of your home.
To add Photos, try the Contribute option in Google Maps installed in your Smart Phone.
