Yeap I noticed that too. ATS systems might auto reject you if you say you need sponsorship. A lot of my international friends don’t need sponsorship though as they only plan on working here while their OPT is valid.

One of the tools I mentioned in the video actually scrapes the company and finds people who have a high probability of being on that team/hiring manager and gives you their linkedin profile and a good guess of their email. I say good guess because most company emails follow the format firstname.lastname@email.com
