This autoclave is like pressure cooker, so 2 to 3 whitsles are needed.

Minimum of 15 minutes at 121 degrees Celsius. That is if we do in pressure cooker wait for first whistle turn the stove to sim wait 15 minutes. Then put off stove .alow to cool open and use.
