Wow,I just made this(added 1/4 cup alcohol)and it is fabulous!! Sprayed on my white bedding and no little blue spots or anything, just a terrific scent!
Well im making a homemade fabric refresher spray with downy light in-wash scent booster (the scent is ocean mist) because i want my room to smell like i was born in california
I've tried this BUT it still doesn't smell or last as long as the "name brand I won't name". Should we add rubbing alcohol or something else; because this DOES NOT work the same as febreeze.
@@fabienneclavier5984 I don't believe it does. It will bleach your hair though. I have been using it and have not had anything I have sprayed it on bleached. Bleach will bleach fabrics big time which I am sure you are already aware.
Tip: avoid these and any scented products including body lotions , body sprays , perfumes , etc. they are BAD for your health and constantly breathing them in causes a hormonal response which is a basis of so many health issues.

This totally works and I also use some rubbing alcohol with it as well and mix it all up it's a great money saver
Add a little rubbing alcohol to that mixture and it will make your fabrics dry much quicker as alcohol evaporates
Interesting!! Thanks!!
Does it make the smell evaporate, too?
@@mommawolf9653 I haven't noticed but I use the alcohol mostly to kill germs and bacteria in carpets and couches

This also helps with static cling in dry winters👍
Can we use this as a perfume in our clothes?
Awesome thanks!
I add a little baking soda too.
Will this work sure? Trying to cut costs

I'm going to try using distilled water, 1/2 cup rubbing alcohol and 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide. Thank you for sharing.
Why to each of these? Thanks!
But doesn’t hydrogen peroxyde bleach fabrics?
