For peter for a manhwa with a good harem ending: Webtoon Character Na Kang Lim A dude gets mad at a harem MC in a webtoon for being beta. He wakes up and the FMC from the webtoon transfers to the school...There are multiple arcs for different girls but does a good job actually exploring their character. Has my favorite harem ending in manga and webtoons
[Kagurabachi Rakuzaichi arc spoilers in the comment] Yay! It's so nice to hear Kagurabachi discussions from people who actually read the series 🤭 the only part I kinda disagree with is the Hishaku leader not killing Chihiro - imo, killing off the protagonist just cause it'd be cool/shocking and not for any story value is dumb + considering the Hishaku's seemingly all-enveloping scheming in the bg I bet there's another reason he didn't kill him that we don't know yet. Like, even in the context of the auction, him letting Chihiro go allowed Chihiro to get to Kyora and disrupt the auction, which pushed Kyora to use Magatsumi, which is precisely what the Hishaku wanted to see happen.
I think Sakamoto Days or even Undead Unluck manga are contenders for best running Shonen. I tried Kagurabachi for 22 chapters and it didn't stick with me but maybe when I have the time I'll pick it back up
Personally, Kagura-bachi didn't click with me but it's probably personal taste. Some recommendations for both you two and fellow viewers, this time only COMPLETED series! Love Advice from the Great Duke of Hell (138 chapters) - A lovely comedic webtoon about a guy who summons a demon for love advice. I loved this a lot, personally Greatest estate developer reminded me of this when I started reading that with its facial expressions. Webtoon Character Na Kang Lim (172 chapters) - A high school student reading a webtoon complains about a romance webtoon he's reading and all of a sudden those webtoon characters start appearing in reality. Harem warning, could be a plus or a minus for you. It was surprisingly good. If AI Ruled the World (51 chapters) - It's almost like reading a black mirror anthology but in the end all the parts tie together. A unique although rather short read that was quite memorable. Navillera: Like a Butterfly (68 chapters) - An old man attempts to fulfill a lifelong dream of becoming a ballet dancer in his retirement. A very touching story that struck a lot of chords for me.
Hajime no Ippo is also one of the Mangas that I read after it puclishes 50 chapters together with Kingdom. It just exciting to see Ippo again in the ring after retiring and to try how to be a trainer....
When he was venting about the fate of Kagurabachi Daruma Guy, I felt that, in a weird way. Like I wasn’t even that upset about that scene particularly, but there have surely been stories that made me annoyed in the same way that that scene bothered him, so it was like a past me was relating, in spirit. I think.
A big reason Marvel had to pivot was because the next big villain they were building up for the next phase was convicted for domestic violence (search up Jonathan Majors). But I do feel that Marvel/Disney got REALLY complacent with the quality of their post-Endgame movies and tv shows (barring some exceptions). I think Feige got the message, so we'll see if they learned some lessons and can bring themselves back. Deadpool & Wolverine was fun though!
@@jameskulpa3848 "she hawkeye" bro what, that wasn't even a bad series - aside from Kingpin stuff that kinda sucked - it's like my second favourite MCU series. It's crazy to blame women heroes when we've also gotten male centered things Secret Invasion, Ant-man 3, Love and Thunder (and imo even stuff like D&W and Dr Strange MoM has FAR worse writing than its previous films) Not to even mention the RDJ stuff which has been possibly marvel's worst decision ever, and is completely unrelated to "woke"
@@jameskulpa3848 I didn't mention Echo, I was talking about Hawkeye since that's what I assumed you were talking about. Echo was very forgettable though Doesn't change the rest of what I said
This location is nice. I like it more than the podcast set. Could use something on the wall. I KNOW I KNOW I'M CRINGE KNITPICKING, BUT I THINK IT'S GOOD ADVICE.
I see Peter didn't do his research. HotD felt weird because they cut 2 episodes after filming cause of WB. Also Bount arc was way worse than Full Bringer arc
bro 15 year old me (28 now) was so hyped when peter mentioned ichigo 100percent (dont remember how it ended either) you guys should check out gigguk's manga awards thing he streamed it the other day but maybe he will post the vod later
i dont mind your takes because im just here for the good vibes but scarra my man you need to close your mouth when chewing food. i just saw your shanghai vlog and i can understand why toast was indirectly complaining about you in a otv podcast with lily
JJK is kind of ass right now, and there are not that many running shonens right now that are good, if Kagurabachi it s not the best it's at least one of the best.
Scarra lookin good these days
he do be looking very submissive and bree- i mean cute
"you could be so rich if you just forgo ethics" Peter realising how billionaires exist

Whoever your audio engineer is deserves a raise! Even with a new location the quality and mix is still so good.

he can most likely steal others sorcery or use sorcerers for some reason and sees potential in chihiro
DAMN SCARRA LOOKS SO GOOD IN THIS

This episode will be Tenoì.
absolute cinema
PROCEED
37:50 Kagurabachi Vol. 3's First Week sales were above a ton of other Shonen Jump manga's Vol. 3, only one that beat it was JJK

I like this setup the best tbh! The couch is so cozy

that was the best part of ichigo 100%
Read Ichigo 100% East Side Story after hearing Peter talk a bit about it, and thought it was a pointless side story/sequel
My dad took me to Dune 2 when it came out! I got a headache from how loud it was. Are all IMAX showings like that?
Based on the thumbnail I thought this episode would have been about the winners of the next manga awards
Jump really need to stop cutting manga with potential so they can produce another big 3 or so
Scarra pls read I Became The Tyrant Of A Defense Game and Surviving The Game As A Barbarian. Some of the best game manhwa out there.
Ahhh ichigo 100% the pain.... felt that one
Love the living room set!
Deja vu intro
Deep into the Krean whole sounds wild out of context😭
Please have a MTG Commander Bonus Episode!
2:08 two streamers find out about capitalism
i actually think demon slayer is for me 2nd best anime after op
Awesome podcast.
Shonen Jump needs new titles rn since MHA just ended, JJK is ending, and Black Clover comes out every few months. CSM will be carrying hard 😂
Csm is not weekly shonen jump. Its jump + the magazine itself is pretty empty
Csm is jump+ so one piece is the last major story of shonen jump
@@helloiamgus76for at least between 2 and 5 years, after that jump have to at least have 5 or 6 hits after one piece ends
Hey Peter, can you ready "Mom, I'm Sorry"
Yall should try the final fantasy tcg
No way you’re cats also named Winry…..literally the name of the cat on another Podcast I listen too 😂
Is there a discord or something for the book club or is it just the comments?
no way scarra intro-ed this with an elmo laugh lmaooo
Savior of shonen Chihiro
Best podcast
peter please try watching tybw its so well done
man this episode feels so short
1:00:20 scraa almost got canceled man
peter thinks chihiro is just an edgelord
on the contrary, hes a huge softy
I see Peter didn't do his research. HotD felt weird because they cut 2 episodes after filming cause of WB. Also Bount arc was way worse than Full Bringer arc
Hello! I have no idea if we have a fandom name so it would be funny if we were named fake fans² cuz we are fake fan fans
talking about anime fall offs but didnt mention promised neverland

Soooooo, the worst bleach arc was bounts hands down. Fullbringer sets up so much and explains how the SS was manipulating ichigoat
Even the anime-only zanpakuto rebellion was more interesting.
Kagurabachi is just below DanDaDan for me and just above Chainsaw Man.
isnt scarra allergic to cats? and winry just chillin there lmao
Okay but who's a bigger liar, RIOT for saying they'll release an MMO or Scarra and Peter for saying they'll finish One Piece??
WHERE IS OUR SPOILER WARNING ALARM?
Boruto is popular + no one is cosplaying it = only old people are into boruto
Spoiler warning, but when does the spoiler stops? :c
wow thanks for spoiling my hero academia for me
✅
woo peepoClap
Peter really has the worst opinions damn
50:00 Bleach does this alot thats why I fucking hate it
the whole "be strong im not gonna kill you now" troupe is so stupid
Endgame was alright. Scarra saying nothing good after endgame, def. questionable choices
Ichigo 100% is better than Love Hina and Nisekoi. Fight me.
"Best running shonen after Jujutsu Kaisen"💀
