Roofing Equipment- Power Roofing Cart Gear Review - Should You Buy One ?

This video is about a piece of roofing equipment called the Deck pony we recently purchased for a large tear off project. We'll also look at the roofing cart that pars with this piece nicely. The Deck pony is a stand on, chariot style power buggy designed for flat roofers that helps move roof insulation and other roofing materials as well as transporting debris from the tear off to the dumpsters. This piece of roofing equipment preformed better than we expected and saved us a ton of time and labor cost.
Our crew loved it because they were able to get more work done with less effort. As you can see in the video we built a box and set it on the cart to be able to hold more debris. We never bogged down the deck pony even with loads of wet iso board. This is one of the best pieces of roofing equipment we've purchased in sometime.
