Dame is broke because he depleted his assets funding dead-end projects and ventures, as well as his poor money management and reckless spending. He doesn't have product that anybody wants. He's playing games. I had an uncle that got a lower paying job just so he didn't have to pay his second ex-wife the amount of child support he was paying. Kicker was one of the first ex-wives kid, he paid child support only to find out when the kid was 19 it wasn't his, it was his friends.
Now he's with his 3rd wife spending money on the step kids, but telling his own kids he doesn't have money.
Dame Dash created another child after trying for years with his fiancee but he knew his financial status. He was complaining about it on that Hip hop show.
He's just like a lot of these dads that don't want to pay for the prior kids but keep producing kids and don't get their finances/or health together.

So you might think that buying things in other people name is a smart way of hiding money and that would work 100 years ago but not today because whoever has assets in their name , has to prove, how they came by those assets.
