Although it may seem annoying to you and many others, it's actually a benefit for the customer making sure the toner cartridge is completely empty before it allows you to replace it. many users tend to replace the cartridge prematurely when they see the message toner low not knowing there's still several hundred copies to be made before it's completely empty
Very unprofessional to post this! Not very smart showing a customer how to get into service mode. Service mode is meant for professionally trained service technicians. They can accidentally get into unknown areas and accidentally change or modify a setting they could creating real issues. I would recommend calling their service company about toner concerns.
Trust me, it's a losing battle you're in... You'll never change the power of the Internet. Anything you want to learn how to do is readily available online so why not get paid for it. It's every service department's dream to remove all online how to videos but that would never happen so don't get all worked up over it. It's the inevitable....
