Are you having problems changing the waste toner on your Kyocera TASKalfa? Here is a simple fix for the most common issue!

Next, we would like to talk about one of the common question we get regarding the Kyocera TASKalfa series. Changing the toner waste cartridge. Often times when customers change the toner waste cartridge, they might have an issue. Here is your old cartridge. The new cartridge will slide in but then it comes to a halt. It stops right here. I'm loading it correctly. The correct side is facing up. But then you push this cartridge in it stops and you cannot close this. What we found was these cartridges have two tabs that must be in a backward or a back position. This will slide in. If either one is forward and just one back and one forward. Whatever the case, it will refuse to slide in to the machine. With both of those tabs back and they're both back now. That will easily slide into the machine.
