I just did that today in thr middle of my job. since i have a bike of my own. Just took a ride to the beach for some fresh air, felt so good.
Unicorn 160 is not a big bike, but I'm just lucky to have it.

I was a Royal Enfield rider in India, and Harley Davidson rider here in Canada now. Both these motorcycles are true legends. Great fun to ride and a pride to own. Of course there would be a difference between 500CC and 1800CC engines but in their own category both these have no match in terms of performance and ownership. Great stuff!! :)
True man, I also have a Thunderbird 500X and an Indian Super Chief Limited. The difference is alot between them but the feel both give is unmatched

Big Harley fan here. Got 2 of them but would love to also add an RE (oh man the Continental GT is gorgeous) . A bike that makes you smile is a great bike regardless of the style or brand.

I remember getting my first bike, a brand new 2014 Bullet 350, one of the mechanics (now my friend) started it up when it was still in the showroom and that sound, that thumping sound alone captured me. I am sold. It never gets old.

Being Indian and riding himalayan on our roads mirror positioning is most important part cause everyone feels they are from F1 OR MOTOGP regardless of the cc their engine carry. But its always a calm and soothing experience to ride RE. Its like observing and noticing each and every moment of your journey living upto it.❤️

Nice to see a Bullet being ridden on the proper side of the road. I have a 2013 B5 Bullet 500 bought new, with just over 22K miles on it. I converted it from EFI to an Amal carburetor and put an aftermarket exhaust on it. It now sounds and feels like a proper Bullet. I ride it around 55 mph, almost never above 60 mph, which leaves out riding on highways. I ride it mostly on rural country roads. I have no interest in speed. it's the look, sound, and feel I enjoy. I also have a 2006 Harley Sportster 1200L (last year of the carbureted Sportsters) I ride it for the same reasons, looks, sound, and feel. It will do well over 100 mph, but I have no interest in riding that fast. On the highway I stay in the right lane and ride around 65 mph. That keeps the rpms down and gives it a nice sound and very relaxed feel.

I have had the pleasure of riding Enfields in England & India - I would call them an Anglo-Indian legend - there is something of both nations in the Bullet. Only the ones with the original engine sound "right", but they are all great.

brother you have arms of steel for sure! I own a RE Classic 350 and post 90kmph, the vibrations on the machine are crazy. But its the feel of the motor that let go everything.

Harleys can eat bullets for breakfast, especially a single cylinder like this one. Well, even the 650 intercepter is nowhere near a Harley. Bullet owners today don’t even know what they are riding. It just boosts their ego - half of the modern bullet riders wouldn’t be able to start a RE from the yesteryear. One early morning back kick and they’d go back to something more Korean or Japanese.

I got a harley fxdb streetbob with a twincam 96 motor and a royal enfield classic 500 and though they are worlds apart they have so many similarities its unreal. Both put a grin on my face. Wouldnt be without them. I suppose you could say royal enfield is to india what harley is to America. Such characterful and lively fun bikes.
The 500cc cast iron defines the true love for Royal Enfield bullet.

I first saw RE in Nepal back in 2012 and I just loved the sound. I ride old Harley's but dream of getting RE next year. I met I guy in Nepal who used RE as a cross country bike going 3000 miles to Russia and back and he told me he never had any major malfunction with it.

For a second there, I thought that Bullet seems incredibly fast. Then I checked my playback speed. It was set @ 1.5. Your bike sounds great. Are they OEM pipes? I just purchased a 2007 drab green RE Bullet w/ sidecar. I can’t wait to get it from my mechanic.

yours must be a CI Bullet, this one right here is an UCE Bullet. Yours will have the deep and more pronounced "thump" which this one lacks. Hope you're having fun with it 😄

omgggg i want your bike now so much. it's so well-maintained and just the perfect rumble without any jangly or whistly vibrational noises or glitches i sometimes hear from badly ridden or maintained bullets.
i used to own an electra but sadly the showroom people in madras could never fix vibration issues and its sound was always a bit off from day one.
